enjoytheride
Book of Mormon. Please. I have tried many times to license this over the past year but the label isnt into it right now. I just sent them another email but i have low expectations since i have tried every 6 months for 2 years now. I dont understand why they dont just press it themselves or let me, I am offering them a sizable amount of money for doing nothing
brillwill
anyone have a discount code? i dont want to spend $100 but theres about 60 left honestly I debated when it came out in October, but after it sold out in days I've been waiting for it to get back into stock. this is likely one of the few presses of an incredibly popular modern musical with a rabid fan base, the price is expensive but I'm not sure you'll get the opportunity to buy this again in the near future. cheaper than a ticket to the show at least? apparently this is being pressed by DECCA as well, so the quality should be very good
nardes
fuck. I just bought it. $121 later my fiancee better like her birthday present!
batman
I just looked and Wicked is playing in Austin in Feb/March. Went ahead and bought the album and 2 tickets. I can't wait to see my wife's face.
nardes
Do we know how many of these are pressed?
brillwill
i'm guessing between 500-1000. There were a limited number that were sold in person at Gershwin theatre in October 2013, and both those and the online orders were sold out in several days. Now it pops back up online several months later and apparently there's less than 100 to go around.
