A Perfect Circle - Mer de Noms "Limited Edition"

Recommended Posts

What makes this a Limited Edition? I see them for sale everywhere and they all have a "Limited Edition" sticker on the shrink wrap from Capitiol Records.

There doesn't seem to be a certain number made, so why is it limited?

I was looking to possibly pick up the first pressing, but want to know the deal with the newest pressing.

This release was the first batch in a series from EMI/Capital called "From the Vaults".  Here was the original press release.  You can read more at http://fromthecapitolvaults.com/main.htm.    Pressing information has never been disclosed, but if they are still in print, then who knows what their definition of "limited" means.

Yep, every single one of those titles is still in print and easy to find.

I'm glad they repressed the Radiohead titles as those would be commanding big bucks otherwise. The Coldplay records were never "out of print," they just weren't pressed on vinyl back then.

And so glad we can pay $30 for a new version of Steve Miller since there are never 5-10 used copies at $5 each in every good record store.
