    What i mean is most things people put money into is an investment. Not all appreciate in value, some depreciate over time, such as clothing. Records usually appreciate in value as time goes on. I in no way meant it in a means of greed, just that a record collection is an investment of money.

    I am not a troll at all, I collect artwork also and there are always edition sizes on all prints. Your just an idiot if you think they mean nothing. This website is Vinylcollective, a forum site for people who enjoy/collect/listen to vinyl. Why am i a troll because I don't own a record player? You are a joke.

    I don't even own a record player, I collect the records, I have never played a single one of the 300+ I own. So my motivations are different than others.

    But I am mainly pissed because I know people have probably spend a lot more than they should have on ebay acquiring this after is was deemed "sold out." Now their investment is ruined because hottopic decided to just print more instead of create a new variant. I am not one of those people but I feel bad seeing people screwed over.

    The integrity of the whole fucking industry. If you purchase something and are told its of a specific amount, they should stick to that amount. Not just keep printing more. Imagine if all of a sudden Converge decided to reprint their original pressings of the red/orange and rootbeer pressings and make it no different from the original in any way, essentially extending the edition size, I would be fucking livid.

    That is super lame and against what a edition size is supposed to represent. If an artist did a giclee print edition of 1000, and then they all sold out, he legally couldn't just print more for the hell of it. I know cause i work in the art industry.

    Now when you say repressed, do you mean with a different color? Or the same color pushing the edition size past its 1,000 unit original size?

    If you read the ALEXISONFIRE page, they say that they are printing more of them all, and if it says sold out, that there will be more soon for all of them.

    I just found out that pirates press is also a manufacturer of those sand in a bottle artwork pieces. Where there are multiple different colored layers of sand in a vile of glass. Kind of like on candy bars where it says "this factory also might have traces of nuts being used." Piretpress should say "vinyl may contain sand"

    same thing i thought, no one would ever purchase that, even if the price was dropped a little after some haggling. You probably have to haggle 200-250 off.

    I don't know how many people like this band, but they are a really dark, really heavy band that used to be on Ferret Records back in the day if my memory serves me right. They haven't put out a record since 2008 but this new one is quite good and through Good Fight Music.     Sorry the reason i know this is the white version is in the CMDISTRO "Exclusive section" that says Items exclusively sold through CMdistro

    I looked into it and this one is the black version. There are a couple other retailers selling the black version. The white is exclusive to the CMDistro unfortunately.

    I am going to put up prices next to them, im mainly just trying to recoup the $$ i put into getting them. Im going to be putting prices because some PMS are like "can i get sunbather splatter and the converge clear for 55$ PPD?" Or "can I get all four circa albums for 45ppd?" I will put prices to avoid this. This is my first time ever selling my records so I apologize for the unorganized nature
