How embarrassing. The replacement showed up today and he not only replaced the jacket, he sent a whole new record.

He offered me a replacement jacket for one destroyed in shipping.......still waiting.

Things have improved. I received a response quickly.

Is Warren more responsive to emails these days? I received an order that was packed in a large mailer with no padding. One corner of the box was severely bent damaging the jacket. I have emailed him, but in the past I have never received a response to my emails.
