I wish he could have gotten over. Dude was a legit monster in Japan.
I blame the crowd for chanting "Albert" incessantly.
I blame Tensai for not acknowledging the chants, like a heel should do.
I blame the writers for giving up on his monster "IM NOT FROM HERE" heel persona too early.
I blame jhook for hating Tensai.
I blame Crime for hating everything.

Kofi is an asshole really means "he wouldn't bang Melina while I watched".
 
I have always thought Morrison  was a bad wrestler but a great "mover". He could pull off incredible looking things, but in the span of a match they had no place and never looked like they would even hurt the other guy. Yeah the Starship Pain looked cool, but he never really hit the opponent, and when he did Im still not sure how it was supposed to hurt him. Kofi at least can make a few things look like a wrestling move and not some ballet moves like JoMo.
 
I will say this about The Tuesday Night Delight, he had the most amazing abs of any wrestler.

Also, I'm way into Black Metal. This is a good spot for this story.
 
I am a member of my local YMCA, they give me a free membership for being a volunteer firefighter, it's a great facility. I have this sleeveless Bathory shirt I like to run in. It has a goats head on the front and a pentagram on the back. So I'm in the locker room sweating after a good workout and this old man, really wrinkly, comes over to me in nothing but a towel. "Are you a Satanist?" he asks. "Well no," I reply remembering the shirt, "Is this about my Shirt?" So I go on to explain that they aren't Satanists but Odinists and how Odin is a Norse God etc etc etc. The old man just stares at me like I'm insane and scary and walks away slowly wishing me a good night while shaking his head. 
 
So I don't wear that shirt to the YMCA anymore. It's easy to forget that the C is for Christian. 
 
I was just thinking of this story so figured I'd share.

Hey now on the Santino hate. The man might do some stupid stuff, be he is a great comedy wrestler and you know, is totally aimed at children and not grown men. That is like getting mad about Cena. He isnt meant for people like us (IE grown men who know a small amount of wrestling) but for those who follow it a little bit and for the kids and women. I see nothing wrong with that at all.

Ryder is OK in the ring.
Ryder WAS really good at getting people to care about him.
Then he won the US belt last year and the race was over.
I would have loved to see Ricardo as the third man last night, but the crowd already wanted Ryder, so anybody they brought out was already not going to get a great reaction from the NY crowd.
