Just watched about three minutes of that documentary.  The album is ok (I appear to be in the minority on this) and the marketing was awesome, but this is absolutely pretentious, unnecessary and ridiculous. 

The band didn't make the documentary, just some fans.

What is the difference between quality of picture discs and standard disks?

How are picture disks made?

Does black vinyl sound better than colored vinyl?

Picture discs are two clear record halves glued together with a picture in between, I'm not sure about quality difference, I don't own any pic discs.

Some people have said that clear records sound the best, others have said they're are the worst, I don't think there is much difference between black and any other colour, I personally like black vinyl the best and it is the easiest to spot dust / scuffing etc.

Has anyone noticed how when you go outside into the real world you mostly see dogs, but on the internet it's just fucking cats everywhere. wtf universe.

Why does everyone want cassettes?

Finally got around to listening to "Warhol" and I absolutely loved it.  The "let's go" parts were so catchy.  Yes, they have been writing very similar songs for awhile now, but when it comes down to it they are a punk band, and there are going to be a lot of songs that sound the same.  The only thing I worry about with them is the whole "pop goth" thing they really latched onto after From Here to Infirmary, I'm just concerned they feel like they have to write lyrics within this niche, like how the Misfits are almost pigeon-holed to write about horror movies.  I miss songs like Private Eye, Fuck You Aurora, and She Took Him to the Lake.  

This is the best song they ever did. Not only is it my favorite Alktrio song, It's one my favorite songs ever.

I spoke to beau about it both in 2010 when he said that absolutely not and he wished that ep never happened and people would forget it(guess he was bitter at the time). I spoke to him again a few months back after they all played seven years together in cali. I emailed beau the next day figuring i had a shot but he said they already plan to do it so i do think it will happen soon. The whole thing is owned by the band themselves since it was an unsigned ep so its totally up to them when and if it is done but Beau if well aware i am interested if they dont do it themselves soon. I personally cannot wait, the ep is amazing
