Yea, Rangers looked good (comparatively). On the scoreboard it could have been better - the score could have easily been 4 or 5-0. Miller made a good number of saves where he didn't even look at the puck and was lucky enough to be in the right position to turn them away. I don't think we're contending for top team in the East yet, but it's an improvement for sure. Defensively (beside MDZ) we were solid and offense was good on the forecheck and producing chances. It's as much as you can ask so far, so I'll take it.

Yea, we should have blown out the Sabres. 40+ shots and only score 2 goals? An improvement from where we were three weeks ago, I suppose. However, the Kreider-Step-Zucc line has been beasting and Hags has looked great since coming back. Miller looked good tonight and Hank looks like he's starting to get healthy. MDZ, on the other hand. Trade him for a janitor for the new venue or something. He's continually regressing.
