fat chance here, but does anyone have access to another copy that might be sitting at an HT?
-
Did you end up with the blue/red variant or the yellow/green?
-
^^^
Even though we don't know one another, I'm glad you're ok after the car accident.
-
A bit random, but am I the only one who comes across this thread and reads the title as "Farming Vinyl Records: Why Isn't It Safe?"
-
-
THIS was $34 well spent.....
$14.00 via Discogs.....really guys, this is a pretty decent album and I highly recommend it.
And this is what happens when I drink rum and have access to the internet. I seriously do not remember ordering these......*sigh*
Another bootleg, but this thing looks amazing in person. I had no idea it was limited out of 1000 copies too......
Tried out some new sleeves from Mobile Fiedelity Sound Lab and I think I'm going to keep buying these from here on out. They're REALLY nice quality and truly are anti-static. -
-
Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas and it needs to be done by Mondo.....*edit* oh and I needs to be pressed on "cocaine white" vinyl
-
DAMN IT, why am I just now finding this thread!? I'm heading to work tomorrow and I'll check the bins for the Lynch and Yo Gaba if anyone is interested in them still (I know the sale is over, just figured I would toss out the offer still)
-
Is this the black and red splatter?
-
Cross posting from the Amazon thread......
In case you did get to order, and it does work out, I upgraded the shipping to expedited for just one dollar more. Why not? YOLO!
-
8 dollars for media mail shipping? Still I love the Foos and need that DC cover. Ordered.
Normally I spend about $4-6 for media mail. I imagine that they get some kind of bulk price discount due to the amount of volume they (the label) ship out each month. Kinda makes you wonder if this is a shipping & handling charge......
-
If you were able to do one offs and I had something pretty simple what were you charging? Roughly
yeah, I'm curious about this one as well.....
-
I'm a sucker for variants so I picked up the Seattle one
-
So I feel like giving back to the vinyl collective community, my store is SUPER overstocked on A LOT of vinyl. If anyone is looking for a release that they may have missed message me, I'll pick it up and ship it to you for cost (price with tax) and shipping cost.
You have a PM good sir!

I really liked the documentary, had no idea there was a book though so I'll definitely check it out. Thanks for the heads up!
The only part of the documentary I really didn't like the interview w/ David Yow(I think that's who it was) while he was getting a root canal. It came off as self-serving and over the top to me like "oh wow, look how crazy I am, everyone look at me!" I thought it was kind of a dick move when doing an interview about someone else. Didn't make me enjoy the documentary any less, just made me dislike him.
Oh dude, you NEED to get this book if you liked the documentary. http://www.amazon.com/Ministry-Lost-Gospels-According-Jourgensen-ebook/dp/B00CGNPPJK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1407697027&sr=8-1&keywords=al+jourgenson
My introduction to Ministry was the clip from this movie. I was like "that doesn't sound like Gwar" and had to watch the credits. Song fits the movie pretty well though.
This was my first intro to Ministry too! I can still remember watching Hardware (I think I was 8 or 9) and every time that scene came on I would rewind it and play it back a few times just so I could listen to that song. At this point I had no idea that the soundtrack was listed during the credits so I never figured out who the band was until High School.

My favorite is still With Sympathy...
Oh mine too.....then "Land Of Rape And Honey" is a close second! If you check the torrents sites you can find the WS demos and unreleased songs that were transferred from a cassette tape a few months ago.
This song is pretty awesome too......

Ministry - Filth Pig - MOV repress on yellow/orange was out of 1500 - September 1st release

I have a few 70s/80s releases with the stamp which I can't remember but I know I have the following 90s as well:
311 - 311
Local H - Hamfisted
Nirvana - Nevermind
You, Sir have a PM!

Oh the good old days....
What did you think of FIX? I honestly didn't know how much of a drugie Al was until I saw that film. After watching FIX, I ran out and purchased his "Lost Gospels....." book - WOW.....if you thought the film had crazy stories, the book beats it out 10 fold! I highly recommend it if you want the stories behind the albums (drug wise), it really puts the albums in a different light when you know how fucked up Al was during the various recording sessions.

I sold my OP when I moved about 5 years ago. Not sure if I regret it enough to pick up another copy, but I'm glad I have the option now.
How much did you manage to get for your copy back then?

Which records of NIN do you have that are mispressed like this? The only one I know of is the UK press of The Downward Spiral and it has PJ Harvey on the 4th side
