From a previous pressing of this album most likely. Please post details of when/where he purchased so we can squash speculation. If he bought a new copy from the pressing this thread is about then people are about to lose it. I doubt it though.

This thread has drama in spades. Definitely feel for people who didn't get rewards after pledging. I haven't backed anything on KS yet and don't plan on it after these cautionary tales. Would have pledged for Toad though had I know that KS existed.
