Just out if curiosity: what's wrong with the DCFC live album? sound quality or packaging?

I've seen Death Cab a couple times and I think the content isn't among their best live performances. The cover art is a little meh also. No gripes with the sound quality

DCFC Live Album and Circa/SDRE are a little half-baked. Hesitant to called them my "worst purchases", but yeah.

Don't hate the song but they can do way better. I see this as a slow closing song on an album similar to 'Meet Me in Montauk'.

Would have preferred something more energetic and spacey. Seems to be less and less of that since On Letting Go.

Also if anyone got a clear and wants to make some cash PM me. Would like to get that.

Remove the side A labels with an Exacto knife and tape them to side B. Probably not registering right on your turntable's center label scanner.

I hate when people want to come into a thread like this and spew nonsense about wanting the vinyl trend to die off but would gladly throw hundreds of dollars at a release THEY like. Just because you don't want it doesn't mean someone else doesn't. We're all on here because we like our music on wax, stop player hatin.

Cover all your bases. Check any local pawn shops, record stores or buy/sell/trade shops to see if they have anything that looks familiar to you. Tell them to lookout for a bunch of "new" records and ask that they buy them if someone comes in with them and get their ID info. You'll have to buy them back from any store that takes them in but you can seek reimbursement from whoever stole them in the long run.

Other than the anthony green hand painted young legs and from under the cork tree test with a one off screen printed cover and riot blue vinyl signed cover... those are the only 3 really.

That's a big help. Rare enough to see those on their own. Any pairing of those together will throw up a huge flag.

I will reiterate once again: $25 for an LP is a bit pricey, but I was willing to pay it because I want to support the band and it was a variant I want. When I get home and find out it wasn't a cool variant at all, I was disappointed, and was simply wondering if bands ever rectify a mistake like that with a trade or something.

Ya just gotta take the hand you were dealt on this one. I've been there, and felt a slight dissappoinment, then I think "this is about the music, not about colors and rainbows and shit" and I put it on my TT and move forward.
