  1. Thanks for the heads up. I got the Neon Indian one from Permanent, too. Does anyone know a place to order the Prefuse one now?
  2. I got Skaboom from them when I saw it in their eBay store. Email the guy who runs the label, he probably will get right back to you.
  3. Hippos! Impossibles! Mephiskapheles! Skalars! Aquabats! Pietasters! For the guy looking for Toasters stuff, check out Jump Up! http://jumpuprecords.com/blog/ I want a Skalars reunion, too, please.
  4. My man bone stands to attention for all of these releases. I saw Edna's Goldfish like 15 times in 1997. When RBF covered them recently, I was surprised but really happy people remember them. I want ALL old Moon Ska on vinyl. Do Isaac Green & the Skalars! You would sell at least 4 copies.
  5. But it GLOWS in the DARK. This is of import. I bet the Soviettes didn't mind a small quality dip to make their LP a BEACON OF THE NIGHT.
  6. I ordered this last week. I saw them open for the Methadones' last show kind of recently and was really impressed. Plus I bought some glow-in-the-dark vinyl, which is always an awesome thing.
  7. Thanks for the info -- I picked it up when I saw your post this morning.
  8. I bought this -- it is gatefold and it is awesome. It's also expensive, but it's a record that should be owned on vinyl.
  9. Yes! Do this. I would get any DBL, Millencolin, and etc. that I don't have, and donate to my heart's contentz.
  10. Thanks for posting. Even at a high price, I backed it because Face to Face ruled everything in the 90s and might still rule, considering the great reunion tour.
  11. I know there have been production delays, but I don't remember where I know this from. The LTJ 7" and at least 1 of the 2 new 3-word bands that each start with R have been delayed.
  12. What's up is that they don't know how to properly time pre-orders. P&P used to have the worst mailorder client ever, District Lines, but stopped using them because they suck so incredibly much. Now that that's solved the only issue is that the plant still hasn't gotten them one of the records in your (and my) order, so they hold up the whole order. They just need to wait longer before putting stuff up for sale.
  13. He owes me money and records and hasn't replied to one email out of many in the last months. It seems as though he's either an ostrich with its head in the sand or a 3-year-old hiding in a closet from the truth. MOMMY'S COMING WITH THE WOODEN SPOON, BITCH! Not really -- I don't have a wooden spoon, and I'm a boy. But he's a douche.
  14. District Lines used to do their mailorder, and they were the worst (5 month wait for mine; shit customer service). They switched to Limited Pressing now, so it has to be better. Honestly, it's hard to get much worse.
  15. Over $40 is free shipping (and over 70 is a tote bag, for those who care). I was waiting to order a couple records until the D Plan came up. Anyone who doesn't, like myself, should have this on LP. And there's not so many price issues. Sonic Youth's latest usually goes around 30 on double 180g, plus you save on tax, etc. Buy that shit. I agree that it should have been color, though -- something to match the cover.
  16. He said they were "at the plant" 6 months ago, but somehow many records have been released in that time, none of which were ITR. To not address this issue on the website is lame, and just bad business. It's very hard for me to care about new SH releases knowing that the resources should have gone to completing the series (several times over). I can see a situation where he didn't sell very many subscriptions and still has leftovers of the early volumes, thereby leading to little motivation to press the rest. Unfortunately, in that hypothetical situation, that's where ethics come in and the records should get pressed anyway due to promises made. I can't see any good excuse for this delay. Over the last few months I have written on 3 separate occasions to confirm an address change on the ITR and UTI subscriptions, to both Virgil and the general SH/VC email, with no response. If I didn't expect the records to be so good, I would give up.
  17. I call bullshit! On top of that, I ordered The Open Door EP with The Photo Album and Transatlantacism, and it showed up alone on Monday bent in half with the record completely shattered! DCFC has done nothing for me as far as vinyl goes! Ass! Except for the Narrow Stairs LP jacket, which is pretty awesome.
  18. Yeah, I wasn't going to complain, but what the hell? No insert? This is pretty bare bones. It took me a month to figure out what the hell Chris Simpson was saying on Cinema Air when I got the CD, and I suppose re-listening to the other songs won't be any easier now on LP. Thanks, chum!
  19. I offer $1 ppd and a "Your screen name is appropriate."
  20. Oh, and there's sound clips on Midheaven: http://www.midheaven.com/item/st-by-forgetters-2x7
