In German? American Amazon doesn't even know what color most of their releases are, let's not add a language barrier to the confusion. Amazon is always retail copies. I would say you have a 75%+ chance of getting a black copy from Amazon.de

And I'm curious as to how a company can come up with a 2500 clear pressing when the company who is supposedly pressing them claimed only to have a 666 and a black unlimited pressing initially. Did they just add 2500 clear and keep the same ship date? If so, impressive.

I cancelled because I only want 1 copy and the prospect of dealing with international issues is less than appealing to me.

Cancelled my .de order, sticking with MusicRecordShop order and that's that. 2,500 + 666 + black pressing of ?/? People will be hoarding these (stupidly) and trying to flip them in the first few weeks/months but the price will level out to about retail in a few months. I don't think anyone should have trouble finding a copy when the dust settles.

It was on Amazon.de - they don't charge til it ships, and it's Amazon. Took me 25 seconds to successfually cancel.

I'm going to stick with one and wait for the quality of the press. I'll probably regret this, but, whatever. I just want to listen to it. If it turns out that the old copies are really that much better, I'm in the same boat I was a month ago -$39.99.

there is somethign intensely ego-satisfying about reading comments on Facebook/other sites (like SRC) by people who just choose not educate themselves on the records they are talking about, but defend it to the end liek they KNOW they are right. It's satisfying, but also endlessly frustrating.

ha okay I don't think many more updates are coming. I DID email MusicRecordShop for some additional guarantee, but no response yet. I'll definitely share if/when I hear back. On the other hand, things are looking good for MoV's sales, so hopefully this prompts a Deja repress.
