  1. eh they can't all be winners. I also wish they'd put out some better known movie-soundtracks. I get that there's a certain edge to wanting to be different and "find" that OST that everyone will love. But there are a ton of classic movies with awesome scores just waiting to be put out. Poltergeist is a perfect example of where they did it right, and that's their best release so far, in my opinion.
  2. "any wagers on time to sell out" It will be gone within the day. That's an opinion, aka my guess and answer to the question posed. And my second post, I don't know if you quoted it the second I posted it or what, but I added "probably" to it maybe 30 seconds after I hit save. But really it doesn't matter. I'll be grabbing a copy as soon as it is in, looking forward to it.
  3. It's clearly an opinion. Some already sold at FF, $20 gatefold with great art by a well known artist, randomly inserted variant at a price point where people will not hesitate to buy 2+ copies, and it's mondos first two color variant that's not a splatter. But let's call out fellow members and be an ass hole. Looks like real talk got a head start! Lolz.
  4. You can definitely get this through your phone Quik - but it probably won't last the day.
  5. I thought Timecrimes was a pretty well done take on the time travel genre. Meanwhile, Oblivion was redigested sci-fi drivel in a pretty package with a score by m83. But, to each his own! Also, this will sell out right away on day 1.
  6. Soundtrack was slightly underwhelming but had some awesome moments. And the movie was awesome. The first 30 minutes of any movie is scene setting lol, you missed everything.
  7. 1. take white pressing 2. take red permanent marker to surface of white pressing, covering completely and evenly 3. take black permanent marker and write 1/666 on back of sleeve 4. congratualtions you have the first red press!
  8. Favorite pumpkin variety - Southern Tier's Pumking!
  9. There's nothing wrong with my tracking info - I never got an email because half of my order is still "processing" but the tracking info under the order on the website just shows the red text, because it hasn't been picked up yet, is what I meant.
  10. I've spoken with them back and forth maybe 6 times? Was told it would ship the 13th, then around the 20th I was told they are shipping soon. Then yesterday I was told "Okay we shipped 2 of them" but that was after 6pm yesterday, USPS still says the tracking # doesn't exist. And the 3rd still has nothing although yesterday they said it would ship today.
  11. Yo Ry- I'm curious about the same things. Trying to wait it out for some freviews but I'm not even sure where to find them. Google searches just turn back results about their kickstarter in 2012. Very curious about this in the next few months with Christmas coming up... I want to know if I'll have to go Debut Carbon or can go U-Turn! If anyone finds some reviews I'd be very greatful.
  12. Increasingly frustrated that not a single copy of the 3 I ordered have even shipped.
  13. So why not write your highest offer in your first post and say if I don't get a higher offer by x Day I'm selling it? Just trying to help save you time! If I pm'd you right now and offered $150 I have no idea if I'd be the higherst bid or the lowest bid. If time is of the essence make it easier on yourself and potential buyers!
  14. I don't think you know what inference means.. but anyway... I have no problem with people asking for offers. And that's great that he was kind to you when you lowballed him. But that's not the issue I'm addressing, you must realize that? Refusing to answer "How much are you looking for?" PMs is my issue... If he knew enough to know that your offer was a lowball, then he knows enough of a range of what he is looking for. So take the least you'd want, add $50 to it and put that price up. You'll make a sale a lot faster with people offering $50 less than your asking price than you will with people blindly guessing with absolutely no guidelines... EDIT: It really doesn't matter, and I hope you're not mad, because I am not. People can sell their personal property any way they would like, and there's nothing you or I can say about it to change that. I was just offering my two cents.
  15. No - he expects that the seller already has a number in mind. How is a buyer supposed ot know what a "lowball" is if the seller gives no indication of his desired price? He's obviously not looking to hook somebody up, since he is in dire need of cash and selling one of the most sought after records on this site. Either put up a price, or put it on ebay. There are easier ways than saying "Send me your offers" No one is going to offer $500. Asking for offers is going to yield you just as many $100 offer PMs as "How much are you looking for?" PMs. He's not going to sell it for $100. So just say you want $250 or $300 or whatever the number is.
