Not enough time/patience to read that ridiculously long rant above (sorry), but I skimmed over it and got the gist. I believe I read somewhere it was part of his contract/deal with Mondo that he receive one copy of every print. Sort of like receiving stock options for a company you work for. It's part of your pay. If that's the case, I would absolutely sell my stock in a company I'm leaving for top dollar. Also I can't pretend to know what the guy's salary was, but when starting your own business, every dollar helps.

Considering the guy was a hugely integral part to building the Mondo brand, I personally have no problem with his asking prices. Dude's earned it as far as I'm concerned...

I highly recommend the Spin Clean. It's a decent price, and in my opinion is the cheapest way to "properly" clean a record. Just skip out on buying a couple 2x LPs and you'll have the money saved up in no time.

Placed an order over the phone earlier today, and I must say, it was truly one of the more frustrating ordering experiences I've had. Altogether it took about 45 mins to order a single vinyl record. I'm not usually one to complain about this stuff but gah damn what an ordeal. Just found out they misspelled my email address as well, so now I've got no order receipt and no way to know when the order has shipped. Good times. Fix it Travis! Help me Travis! When is this shipping Travis? Traaaaaaaavis!????
