    I just broke down an awesome dry aged ribeye that I do in house at my store. We hang them for 21-30 days. I just cooked one up to "sample" aka my lunch. So good.

    I had some killer ramen last night from this place on Woodstock called Nudi. Right by my house. Highly recommended. I def agrees on a PDX meet up.

    Yikes. That's scary shit. Especially for my line of work. I need to pull my shit together before I start cutting meat on band saws that can take my hands off in a split second if I'm not careful.

    For sure pass on voodoo..they are good, but so many better options. Tonallis Donuts and Cream on Alberta is my personal favorite. I recommend the apple fritters warmed up with a scoop of ice cream on them. Also check out Escape From New York for pizza. Reallllly good. Everyone else's recommendations have been spot on as well!

    Go grab "the special" at Stanich's on NE Fremont. Best greasy burger Iv had here. Lived off them when I first moved out here.
