  1. Have every album, man is a genius. I need a Kinsella night soon...couple of beers+Owen albums=awesome night...
  2. Anything you can yell incoherently, but still in your head understand it works well I think lol.
  3. good point with the screaming, another one I would add is Kings of Leon's "Because of the Times"
  4. I was just sitting here, drinking a few Killians and listening to some albums and just wanted to see which records you found to be more enjoyable while drinking. Not necessarily because they are bad and beer and or liquor is the only way to tolerate them, but records that alcohol makes even more enjoyable to listen to. My vote goes to Owen "I do perceive".
  5. dcstrange87----->dcscream87.....not the best, but the best I can come up with at 7 am finishing a paper. I'm sure that reading the posts on here is helping the paper writing process too lol
  6. 3 hours south? is that the very bottom of indiana? I'm from the very top, i didn't know there was a 3 hours south of greencastle. Haha yea man, I live in Evansville at the moment, near the bottom of the boot.... About 10 minutes from Kentucky and an hour or so from Illinois...Indiana is a pretty tall state
  7. I will be in two really small towns: Roachdale and Ladoga. That is where most of my dad's side of the family live. Most Indianans have never heard of these cities. They are somewhat close to Greencastle. Should be fun. Awesome, I have been through both of those town once or twice, but I live about 3 or so hours south of there. Anyway enjoy your trip to the Hoosier state
  8. Pound for pound, pitch for pitch, the best hitter in baseball is Albert Pujols. Now me being a lifelong Cardinal fan could mean I'm biased a little lol, but the guy is almost impossible to get out, and on top of that a great fielder. That being said we didn't make the playoffs, but hey one player doesn't make the team....soooo Go Dodgers
  9. Thanks man, I dont know if I will be able to get tickets or have time to get to a game but I'll have to try to get to the stadium just to give it a look, any others out there?
  10. I work for the paper here at my college and will be heading to KC at the end of October for a convention, and I was just seeing if there was any good record stores I should go to? Or any other places I should check out?
  11. Glad my class gets out an hour before the TP/LM split goes on sale. Definitely will be picking at least one of the colors up!
  12. When someone walks around listening to their phones music player without headphones on. Its annoying and sounds horrible.
  13. Trust me, I didn't forget lol, that was one of the best days of my life, followed closely by Beltran looking at strike 3 in the NLCS. And you're right, 10 World Series victories does make up for not making the playoffs Back to the hate issue....Roommates who ask me if I like Jethro Tull then tell me I should listen to them because its right down my alley :-/
  14. Fuck you. Hey I'm a Cardinal fan, at least you guys made the postseason this year.
  15. I really like how they introduced Ryan back into the office. He never really was one of my favorite characters, but making him into the new secretary was a good idea........Poor, poor Toby, can never catch a break lol.
  16. in a life where things can be very predictable and mundane, surprises are a good thing! Very good point, either way two awesome colors, cant wait to get this in!!
  17. Ordered this all the way back on August 3rd lol, didn't order a specific color though, so I guess it will be a surprise
  18. Just read the the cities Building Department, which inspects all of the cities buildings bi-annually, says that Yankee Stadium could go for another decade or two before it gets too bad. Of course Yankee management has a different view on that subject.
  19. Now Yankee Stadium, whats next? Lambeau Field? Fenway Park? The stadium was one of those things you would think would be there forever. Tradition, history,...all words that ring hollow with the top Yankee brass. I felt the same way a couple years when they tore down the old Busch Stadium in St. Louis( not as well known though lol) Winning the World Series the first year after helped though...
  20. Good point Sherlock, about the money. Even though I'm not a fan of the team I teared up near the end of the game. Money over history is just a shame. Say goodbye to an American landmark, say hello to a fancy new parking garage.
