Girl of my dreams, who feels equally about me, lives in Liverpool and will be going to school there for at least another year or two. Neither of us can really afford to take a trip overseas or time away from school to take said trip, what to do? Dan......Go.....

yeah, it's understandable now that it's not around in time warp land, but what about the last....eh...2 seasons? lol it hasn't even been mentioned more than once or twice. Lol yea, I will give you that, its a question I have asked a couple of times, I think the last time we see/hear of it is when it attacks the mercenaries from the freighter. Other than that time I can't recall it being around.

didnt she say something about the black smoke killing some of them, or insinuate that? ...what ever happened to the black smoke anyways? i mean it used to be they couldnt go anywhere without it attacking someone or killing someone; now they just frolic around all la dee da. crap i need to watch all the seasons again. i cant remember anything lol. Its possible that the black smoke monster isnt even around yet. Yea when the the group ran into Kate and Claire it was around, but there is no telling when that thing was created, if it even was. In a previous season(I forget which one, I think it was this past one) Ben seems to be able to call or at least summon the thing, so who knows.

I never really felt like Keane was the right fit for Liverpool's attack, he hardly ever linked up with Torres, of course Torres was hurt for a while, and him and Stevie G never got into a good groove. I'm sure the two goals Torres scored to beat Chelsea without the help of Keane eases the blow. Arshavin finally made it to his dream team(Arsenal), and thank god the deal is finally done. I remember when it was the only thing people were talking about after the Euros, then it became a roller coaster ride of will he or wont he. I'd say that Arsenal is thinking they needed a shot in the arm to get them into the top four and into a Champions League berth.

I'm not saying it is a republican/democrat or religious/not religious thing, maybe my previous post came across that way but I certainly didn't mean it, but I do agree with the party lines thing, I drink with a bunch of guys who voted for Obama and hated McCain but still dropped the "N" word from time to time in serious conversation. I think the religion part of the posts weren't necessarily about racists, just a side conversation and just about religion in our areas in general. And I agree about not generalizing and that every state has race problems, but Indiana has been known to be quite bad at times. I have family around Angola, IN by the way, don't know how long you have lived there or moved away from there, so you might know them, ya never know haha.

+Just got a refund check from school, 350 bucks, that can cover rent, groceries for a week and a new record or two. -Have a shit ton of homework and reading to do for tomorrow. + or -Suppose to get a lot of snow today/tonight +because I love snow, - because I might not make it to school seeing how the road crew around my area suck, and my 2002 grand am just doesn't have all that horse power them 4x4s have :'(

True about the religion thing, there are about 2500 people in my old hometown, and there are at least 6 or 7 different churches, and not all of them always see eye to eye throughout the town. When a married couple from Spain bought a local restaurant the consensus was "They're foreigners, but they are real nice people" :-/ as if most of them are not. Indiana as a whole just needs to become more tolerant, even though we did go blue in this election, which surprised me, seeing how the state hadn't voted democrat since Johnson in 64'.

Yea, I live in the southern most part of the state in Evansville, its a big city(for Indiana anyway) but there are certain areas that most of the people consider poor(i.e. black) areas. I live in one of those areas and get some pretty strange looks when I tell people where my house is. This doesn't pertain to race, but nationality....one of my good friends is from France and she and I went to buy some beer one weekend and when we got to the door the lady behind the counter asked to see our IDs, when we showed them to her she kicked us out, we thought it was because she didn't think my friend was old enough, but she said she didn't want to serve any of "her" people, and said it was her store and she can refuse service for any reason she sees fit......I accidentally knocked over two glass bottles of vodka on my way out...what can I say, I'm clumsy.

Indiana is pretty terrible concerning race relations. It's really sad. Totally agree, you think its bad in northern Indiana, come down to the southern part of the state, its even worse. After Obama won the democrat nomination a local business' in my hometown had a sign that was vandalized to say "Congratulations Niggers"....turns out a bunch of jr. high kids did it. When I was still in high school some redneck broke into the locker of one of the few black students we had in the school and hung a noose made out of shoestring in there. Glad I moved away from there, still live in the state though and it is still bad in most every part, makes me sick.

Saw it last night, story was horrible but at least they kept it similar to the original lol , but I'm sure the ending was mind blowing in the 80's. The 3-D was really good though, I like how they pretty much made everything 3D not just a few random things here and there.

I'm glad they moved it to Wednesday, I wouldn't know what to do with myself if it was the same time as last season. My three favorite shows would have been on at the same time, The Office, Supernatural and LOST all at 9. Wednesday night you can find me on my couch with a six pack and nothing to do(except get my mind blown by LOST)

Evansville, IN- Charlie's Mongolian BBQ- Best buffet in the city, go in an start piling as much noodles, veggies and raw meat onto your plate as you can, give it to the cook and watch him cook it on a huge circular grill. I think the record they have there is 10 plates, but I'm not for sure. Shoals, IN(hell hole of a place about 5-7 minutes from my hometown)-Velma's- Serves the greasiest food imaginable, open 24 hours a day(except on Christmas, opens at 12) Friends and I would always go at 3am after a night of drinking and playing cards, the last time we went we saw a 12 year old smoking, thought it was just someone who looked young for their age until the lady in the booth across the room started talking about how he was going to try out for the middle school basketball team. Some questions asked by various cooks....How are them Colts doing?(it was the middle of June)...My boss is gone for the night, mind if I smoke a joint while you are here?....What do yall think of this Bush character?(it was 2003) and finally...Know of any good huntin spots? I just got a new gun, its in the kitchen if you want to see it....

It was confirmed that my present got delivered to my person, or at least to his town. He hasn't posted since Jan. 6th though, so who knows if he got it or not.
