Pretty blown away by this. I'm normally not interested in music with a horn or horn sections (sans for American Football) but it works so well. The atmosphere this band creates is a lush, dream-like vibe which is definitely AF inspired but they still make it their own.

I'm fairly certain that the Bill Evans LP is the exact same concert that was just pressed for RSD titled Another Time. If that's the case, don't waste your time on something that was just $25-35 in stores two weeks ago. Yes, I know Discog prices are a little over double retail now and Evans limited stuff goes for a lot but I'd still pass since there are 6000 of these out there right now and prices will hopefully go down for those that missed out.

Was about 35th in line about 2 hrs before my local store opened and got the two I wanted:
the Wombats - This Modern Glitch
Vic Chesnutt - West of Rome
Now out to garage sales for my kids.

Can confirm Coheed's Vol 1, 2 and 3 are coming out.
If this is true it will be an absolute nightmare this year trying to get this/these. Arguably, this will be one of the biggest and most anticipated releases RSD has seen and will surely bring even more scores of people than last year which was insane at my local shop. Will have to start camping at 1 or 2 am again to probably get this.
Here is wishful thinking the pressing will be 5000+ but more like 1000-2000. If it is the latter, I can't wait to see the aftermarket price gauging, especially if this is a boxset.

Looking for the Pure Noise (US) pressing on black 180g out of 100.
Will pay handsomely or trade.
-
Wow, how did I miss out on this band.
Anyone out there willing to part with their Black 180g copy? Up for trade or sale.
-
A little surprised this thread was essentially buried after the initial post.
The album is up a week early on Pure Noise's YouTube channel.

After the first go through, it's a really nice follow up to Death Deserves A Name. The addition of the 3rd guitarist adds a whole new level of layers compared with the EP The singles that were released prior to the full stream are probably the strongest tracks, but I'm digging "$50,000,000" out of all the rest.

Same here. Sad.
Almost as sad as seeing a location of Tacoma. Move back to Seattle.
A little warped but nothing that can't be fixed.
Just fortunate I actually own a copy of one of the first 3 Ted records at original cost.
Thanks again, danbass for posting that Dischord had these. Very grateful.

I know that Christian said there's some Anberlin influence on the album in terms of 80's vibe. That might turn some people away but I like it - definitely hear the similarity to some later Anberlin stuff
EDIT: listening to the title track literally sounds like it came off an album from The Cure - to me that's a great thing lol
I definitely agree with the later Anberlin and even the Cure influence but I don't think it's a terrible departure from what the band crafted 12 years ago. While there is a heavy presence of synth/keyboard and a lack of the guitar style that made Phantoms it's own beast, I find this album has shown how the band has matured since their hiatus and re-developed their sound. Jason still sounds incredible and a little more polished which I don't think is a bad thing.
If you were expecting Phantoms 2.0 you will be disappointed. This album will be a grower for some but for the most part, I haven't found anything I don't like except I wish there were more tracks like "Fire and Rain" and "Come Closer" to an extent.

That's my list. I accidentally put that in my haves section. So I don't have it but will and yes I am up for parting with it.This guy had a for sale thread (here I believe, don't see one on DF, just remember seeing it already in his "Haves" section) and I don't recall him saying anything off the table, may want to PM him.

Have a few pending- a few Ryan Adams, Rocky Votolato FATA, Beloved, Anberlin
Keep them coming!

Entire list is up for grabs. Going through some financial difficulties and need to sell these.
Please only serious offers, don't ask how much, just make an offer and we will go from there.
I'm very open for negotiation and will be fair on price. Not looking for eBay prices but a fair price.

Just a heads up.
You can grab this from Deathwish along with The Suicide File releases and Damnation AD.
Also, the blackfriday2015 code for 21% off works for these title.
Thanks for posting that man! Saved me a trip and the price gauging. The TP and SF lp's came to $49 shipped. Can't beat that.

This album is incredible.
I feel that this is what would result if Slowdive and Appleseed Cast had a child together.
-
Awesome, like the edition of the drums now. Glad there aren't any reused songs from the RSD 7" too so we can hear even more.
-
If anyone can snag a copy of the Bedhead live lp that would be awesome!
I doubt my store in Michigan will get one being that it is a regional release and only 300 are being made. Will gladly pay extra and shipping charges.
-
Any US distros going to get this? Really want one but Euro shipping is crazy expensive.
