I was given a $100 gift card to the local record shop for christmas and am thinking about using it on WTT

While I get TheWindBlower's ideology, waste is an appropriate word for this scenario. Due to how their business is structured now, WM comes down to simply what matchup will draw the most amount of money on that night. Effective storytelling, such as TheWindBlower's Big E pitch is secondary. NO ONE outside of the 3-4 million raw viewers each week know who Big E Langston is, so to most of the world Brock would be fighting a nobody, which is a waste of the Brock Lesnar name. Lesnar does not care what happens in fake wrestling. Nor would his bigger picture ever be hurt by his wins/losses in a fake wrestling company.

Forgive my naivety, but bootleg has such a poor connotation with me. What is the difference between a bootleg copy and an official copy?

Speaking of Kanye albums, I'm new to vinyl and was wondering why Watch The Throne is so expensive? It seems to be available on most sites, yet it is always over $100. Is it just because it's Jay Z and Kanye together?

I'd be on board with that. I'm a big believer that sports entertainment should always emulate the sport it is pretending to be. Samoa Joe v Kurt Angle at TNA Lockdown in 2008 is one of my favorite things in pro wrestling in the past 10 years. Batista/Brock in an MMA style match would be cool at mania. I hate this. Brock would make Big E look like a child from a height/size standpoint. The opposite of what Big E needs right now. Welcome! Unfortunately not near western mass, but is there any place online we can see your work?

I have to say, totally different than cena/orton as both those performers drew and continue to draw money for their promotion. AJ never drew money for TNA. (perhaps not his fault) Impact will do the same rating without AJ as it did with him, and TNA now has an extra $350,000 annual to redistribute into new ventures. Good move imo

Heels worked for decades because people would pay money to see someone they hated receive the physical abuse that the fans felt they so rightly deserved. With vince and WWE reminding us constantly that this is just entertainment and no one is really fighting anyone, I'm not sure the psychology of the heel works so much anymore because we know, as annoying as a heel may be or how much we hate him, he's not really receiving punishment in there, therefore never truly getting his comeuppance . I think people pay to see their favorites win now, moreso than to see their villains lose. I'm not saying this is why Vince made the decision, but it's an aspect of the business that lends to his thinking.

I've only recently discovered all things Brand New that weren't singles and really like their music. I'm watching a set Jesse Lacey did in 2004 at The Downtown and he's played two songs I really like, "Moshi Moshi" and a cover of Car by Built to Spill...Does anyone know if these were ever recorded? I can't seem to find them on Spotify or iTunes.
