I picked up a first press and love it. I'd say it's well worth it. But I would love a Box Car Racer and +44 repress if possible. While we're at it, why not some MCR represses? -
I figured out what the 182 means

That's not it. Their original name was blink, but changed it because an Irish electronica artist was already using that name, and threatening to sue. So the label they were on made them change it, and they just added the 182. Mark said it has absolutely no meaning and it was just pulled off the top of his head while they were on the phone with the label about the lawsuit. -
Helped as in a little bit or looks brand new? And was it a 180 gram press?

Woah, I didn't think that worked. I got some MCR 7"s in the mail yesterday that were a little warped , so I might want to try it. But again, with my luck I'll completely destroy the record.

I've read about putting the records in between sheets of glass and putting it in your oven, and then taking it out and putting a heavy book or something on it. (If you want more info you can google it or something) I've always been too scared to try it because I don't want to make anything worse than it already is.

It was a bitch for me to get my S/T. But my local hot topic had three copies of Buddha, so that was easy. The other two sold, like the day after I got mine.

Thanks for the update on those. I'm really looking forward to these records. My S/T came today and the shipping box was beat to hell, but there was somehow no damage to the jacket/record aside from a little warp on the C/D disc (but it doesn't affect the sound at all).
