I asked if I could change the shipping address on my order - got a reply over a week later saying that if I did and it got lost in the mail, they couldn’t do anything about it :\ Still able to get to my original shipping address, a bit inconvenient, but not terrible certainly. I replied and asked if I could get a tracking number so I’d know when to head over there and get it - no reply.

PO now: Quicksand "interiors" out Nov 10th
ludakrishayes replied to LIGMA_BALLZ's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Because he's a great producer. And this record is quite good. Really exceeded my expectations. Also trying to figure out which variant to get now that copies are surfacing. Kings Road/Epitaph has been doing a TON of variants as of late, most /500. -
Very, very excited for this. Went with the clear/blue variant. Think that has the potential to look pretty cool. Only slightly off topic, I'm in the market for a Bronx II if anyone is selling.

Interesting. I have the same pressing, and I thought it overall sounded outstanding, especially compared to the old master. I do have a little bit of groove distortion on the last track of side A, but that's an issue I find with a number of louder records.

Violet is the US indie exclusive, baby blue is the EU. -

The US indie exclusive is 1000, as every other variant has been this far. Probably a decent guess! So far no super rare variant. -
It's hard to say, because oftentimes you can't A/B a 180 gram to say a 140, as you could in this case if you wanted to. Of course the color of the vinyl will also affect its sound, and it really comes down to who's mastering, but at the very least, 180 will provide the potential for a better stamp. You're right though, it's not as though lighter vinyl is "inferior."

The US Black and U.K. Clear are 180 gram. US White and Clear are not.

For sale are two Beach Slang 7"s: Who Would Ever Want Anything So Broken? Predates first press listed on Discogs. Black vinyl, hand numbered 22/108, sold only at the band's weekend of record release shows. Screen printed jacket. All original inserts - Dead Broke release flyer, etc. I've looked, but haven't found another one of these for sale anywhere. Cheap Thrills On A Dead End Street Fest exclusive press, black vinyl with blank white labels, test press style. Four different colored inserts. Get in touch to discuss. Thanks!

Waited a while to grab this on vinyl. Finally pulled the trigger on an orange copy as they had one at Amoeba in Hollywood. Sounds great. Someone mentioned they thought it wasn't mastered for vinyl - it certainly is, breathes a lot more than the digital master.

Ryam Adams - PAX AM Records
ludakrishayes replied to timsimmons's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Anybody else having issues finding I Do Not Feel Like Being Good at their local shops? Mine always get the latest PaxAm 7"s, and for some reason none of these showed up, at least seemingly in the northeast. Suppose I'll pony up the $14 to grab one the eVil way if I have to, but one of the great aspects of this whole thing is heading into your shop once a month. Grabbed Mike Viola's yesterday. Psyched to spin it. Been a fan since before he joined DRA's band. -
Couple holy grail finds for Hold Steady fans that it's time to pass on for someone else to enjoy: Separation Sunday record is graded in good condition, has surface noise. Jacket and insert are near mint. $125. Boys & Girls is the clear press on Sabot, near mint. $100. Prices are PayPal'd and shipped media mail WITH tracking in the continental US. International shipping will be extra. Thanks! Kris
