What was the real reason?

One thing I forgot to mention that I kind of thought was strange. As soon as I received my refund, I received an email from MTS saying my order had been reversed. I know good and well that it was not coincidence, and that it was triggered by Paypal. However, I'm just trying to figure out, does Paypal have access to MTS's email, or is it automated that once they issue a refund, an email is sent from MTS? Wouldn't that mean that the funds are coming from MTS and not Paypal?

Got my refund. Spoke with Chris, who while helpful, said my best option was to keep checking back on a resolution (and he was well aware of the situation). I asked to speak to his supervisor, Casey (?), and she was immediately able to issue me a refund.

Moving soon and will probably be going with one of these two satellite services. Will be going with a whole-home DVR option, and just wanted to see if anyone here has any opinions on either service. From what I've seen, both are pretty comparable, but Dish has a local sports channel that DirecTV doesn't. However, DirecTV's DVR has more tuners.

Did Walter's actually open a new location? There website has been down for a while, and all I can find are a few websites that mention they are planning on opening a new location. I've found an address, but is it a show up and buy tickets at the door only type thing?

They were. Is there a difference in the sound quality? I don't have the originals to compare them to. I thought I remembered reading that they sounded better. I couldn't tell you for sure though.
