  1. The Tombs/Planks Split is 2nd Pressing European tour version. Gold Silkscreened cover, transluscent gold vinyl/200, inner sleeve signed by two dudes in the band, I don't even know anyone in the band's names. S/T EP is on Black Vinyl. I donno, I saw them once and thought they were sweet, bought these and had them sign both of them for me after the show. Not super interested in the band anymore, I like my metal sludgier, and slower which, when I saw them play, the first couple songs they played were just walls of feedback and distortion which was kind of cool...but turns out it was just because their shit was turned up too loud for the tiny venue. I also couldn't really hear for 3 days afterward, but that's neither here nor there. So...looking to trade or sell these, whatever. As far as trades, Electric Wizard stuff is cool. Definitely looking for the s/t album. I have Dopethrone, Come, My Fanatics, Black Masses, and Witchcult though. Uh...Shit. I don't know. The S/T Alkaline Trio compilation, From Here to Infirmary, and Goddammit are all on my want list I guess. Money? Let me know.
  2. Gross. 6-2 wouldn't be too bad...if you didn't have to get there at 6... 6-6 is a real bummer though. I'm M-F 8:30-5 two out of every 3 weeks, third week I have to work Saturday 9-2 and get a different day off which is pretty sweet.
  3. Somebody on one of this very board is selling the green copy for $35. I'll edit if I can find it. (I was thinking about getting it myself... but I have my black copy, so I'll stick with that.) Edit: http://boards.vinylcollective.com/topic/100560-fs-bear-vs-shark-trophy-scars-thursday-cursive-zao-and-more/ We both may have slept on it too long though, pending sale currently.
  4. You guys are making me want a drink after work too. I'm kind of strapped for cash right now so maybe I'll grab some Bulleit bourbon
  5. Can't quote on my phone for some reason, but Prince Fisher: with a splash of water or soda water!
  6. I've only ever gone as high as 15 year Glenlivet, but it was still pretty tasty. I imagine the 21 is about 6 years more delicious...?
  7. Also, I would just like to say: shots of whiskey?! No. No, no, no. Stahp. Sip that sweet, sweet nectar...
  8. Wifey just made some jalapeno infused vodka, I'm not a big vodka man, but when it's spicy it's pretty tasty.
  9. I remember kind of liking All's Well, but it's not really anything that I was like, "oh, I just really need to have that on vinyl." That said, I may get it because that white vinyl next to that cover is just incredible looking.
  10. Haha, Michael Collins was a famous Irish Revolutionary, that's why it's named after him. I think many of them are named after the men who started the distillery. Michael Collins is the most delicious, smooth whiskey I've ever had; I could drink that stuff like water.
  11. Wow. If you find out where to get this, I need to know. This is awesome! Edit: found a few on eBay. Out of my price range for a single though. Edit 2: Rough Trade has it on their website as a PO, so maybe it's getting another non-RSD release. Says store only.
  12. Good luck with the move! It's amazing out here! Still haven't been up to Seattle, but Portland is tops.
  13. I guess I just don't really keep track of what stuff is worth too much, and when I see something that I kiiiind of want for $7 or less, I just get it and figure, yeah, that price is probably accurate.
  14. Have you guys ever had one of those weeks (month actually) where you find out a bunch of records you got really cheap are actually expensive records and you didn't even know it?
