Yea they mixed up the colors when shipping these out to retailers. Hot Topic got that splatter color and red copies. The one copy I pulled from the shipment was red and it had a sticker on the front noting the color of vinyl so you should be able to tell which one you're getting if you buy it from a store. Not sure what exactly you'll get if you order it online from Hot Topic.

Meaning they still have red first press?

Man this really limits who they can sell it to. May make some kind of pop survey the merch guy can use for each customer to make sure only the "Right People" get them.

I think I'm mainly upset at the fact that people still use crosley therefor ruining a record but they own it so it shouldn't matter. It's their property. Nothing wrong with buying it just to have for being a general fan of C&C also. The only thing that really gets me is the people making a profit from a bands merchandise that a REAL fan would actually cherish, but now days people are ruthless and would do anything for money.

Sleeping in a hotel so yeah funny bedset oh and I brought the box with bubble wrap so I wouldn't mess it up at the show, coming prepared and shit.

This was a really tough release to get my hands on had to ask 4 different people with gold passes to get it for me for cash. Only one of them did (closest in the line) so it's selling out even before gen admission get it. I'll post pictures soon
