Just double checked the internet, must have read two names at once with a quick glance. I guess that means the Bleachers record was there, though. I edited the original post.

I may go back to the store tomorrow. I got there at opening today, but I was at the end of the line. I got everything I wanted, and even with nobody behind me, there was a ton of good stuff left. Granted, there was a whole day, but they should still have some things. PM me if there's anything you want me to look out for, I'll send it to you.

I have it, and I didn't even realize it was a bootleg until I looked it up. Yes, it's good.

Wasn't there supposed to be a MOV press of Toxicity this year?

If I recall correctly, it was put on the website as an accident and someone contacted them about it. They replied back with an apology.

There are only rare picture discs for the latest three albums, two presses of Toxicity and no official pressing of the self-titled. 

 

I asked travis a while ago if they could have Hot Topic do some presses, and he said no, but never said why not. 

 

What's the problem? Is there some copyright issue? They're relatively popular and best-selling artists, so why does nobody want to issue their vinyl?

I partly feel this way. I have a few things in mind I'd give away but I just wasn't interested in the last giveaway. I never heard of Tycho, gave them a listen and just wasn't into it. I would feel bad just entering anyways though because I wouldn't want someone else who does really want to win, like Tess or Omik, to miss out because 'hey free record!'.

I never really thought of it like that. Some people want more in the drawing, some want less. I'm pretty conflicted.

Yes, the strobe comes on. The only problem is the fact that the motor isn't moving. Is this fixable? If not, I'd rather not replace it, as the turntable has been falling apart slowly. Assuming I can't fix the motor, can you recommend any good brands or specific units that are really good, but within a relatively cheap range? (I'm 14 and don't have a great deal of money).

Never mind, I pried the washer off. The motor will not move, though, much less anything else besides the arm.

There's something stopping me from taking the platter off, it appears to be a ring-type thing that is on the center thing where the hole of the record goes. How do I get it off? I can't think of a good enough search term for the internet to tell me.
