  1. hahahaha. I laughed. The song (I can't recall what was playing exactly) made it funnier. Otherwise it was just that asshole character getting a taste of himself (fitting).
  2. Lame. Well, the dumbass needs to drive his/her happy ass to where they used to live and pick up that package. I've done it before. Actually, after I moved from Georgia to Connecticut, I had a package delivered to my old apartment. I called the office, they picked it up and allowed my mom (who still lives there) to pick it up and mail it to me. People are so fucking lazy.
  3. Nice. I hide-and-buy all the time. Congrats on getting tickets on time!
  4. That's the clear MOV reissue. I think it was in the other thread. Maybe not this one. Either way it's /500 and going to be difficult to find. Good luck.
  5. I'd bite. They probably are marked ~ $20-$30 MSRP. It's not perfect, but if that includes shipping, I'd bite (if I wasn't broke).
  6. I say go for it. also, there is a discount code on one of these threads...hold on... Found it! Try this: Survey10 I think it's 10% off. You can thank ScottHeisel if it works.
  7. It literally sounds perfect. That's a nice balance too. Though I drink it often, I'm not a big session IPA fan. IPA's don't taste quite right if they are under 6% ABV and generally (IMO) should be over 7%. Sounnds like you know your shit! I'd drink it => That's all I need to know Some of you may wonder "if you aren't a big fan, why drink it?" Well, it taste better than Bud light and at $17.99 for a 12 pack, my local brewery made an affordable IPA for pseudo-alcoholics like me.
  8. I have a few Clash reissues and they are solid. I cannot access the link (at work) to see which albums are included, but I have Sandinista, ...Rope, and Combat Rock. They all sound great. I imagine the other Clash albums do too. I can't speak for Ramones or Sex Pistols.
  9. Well, if I wasn't literally on the opposite corner of the country, I'd invite myself. Either way I love hoppy beer to the point I'm pretty sure I could just eat hops. Raw. I can't wait to get back to GA to stock up on my fave IPA (Terrapin's Hopsecutioner). So delicious.
  10. Shameless: It is addicting. I can't stop. My wife and I fell in love with Fi's new beau and Kevin and Lip are our favorites. I kind of hate (the show) GIRLS. It was funny at first, but it's the same nonesense over and over. Adam is the best character, but he's changed dramatically from OG Adam.
  11. Never seen the Brit version, but the US version is amazing. It's funny, appalling, dramatic, and generally makes me feel like anything that's fucked up in my life is really not that bad. (It's on Showtime, and that's why it's not on Netflix or Amazon Prime - it IS on Amazon for $)
  12. So awesome! The wife and I were going on a trip to Denver and were going to stay to see the Decemberists there (we want to go to Red Rocks real bad), but of course my life fucked everything up and I can't go any longer. Literally the last class i have to take before student teaching is only offered this summer, the exact timeframe of the trip. Just swell. Anyway, congrats on heading tix to RR!
  13. I do too. I get the song stuck in my head all the time, but I'm really bummed they didn't use Garth Brook's "shameless" as the theme song. Are you following the show? Like, are you up to date? Yeah. I started watching that in Iraq because of cheap bootlegs that my seargent had on in the admin office. My wife has watched it from the start, so I pretty much know everything that's going on, but not unlike Glee, I don't really care about it. However, I can be engaged by that show more than Glee. Glee is just dumb to me. Except for Britney S. Pierce. She's awesome.
  14. Getting prepped up for the final episode? I heard about this last night and fell asleep with the words "thank God" as the last on my lips. no offense, just ain't for me. need to add that my wife loves it to no end and I am forced to watch it with her. You may ask "why don't you step away or do something else?" When I have homework or studying, I will, but otherwise who else is going to pet and rub her legs? Me. Just me.
  15. Yay! I got people to say things. Let's keep this ball rolling...I'm not very hip or cool or anything, so I don't know some trendy topic to get everyone chatting. These are the things that I can talk about (Shows: TWD, Shameless, GIRLS, most of Grey's Anatomy, seasons 1-6 of Scrubs, and Penny dreadful, oh and last night I watched an episode of Broad City/ Music: anything that losers like me like(d) BN, MM, Coheed, AM!, and others/ I know some comics, but not like A LOT of stuff. I'm a jack of all trades and master of none. Oh and I like craft beers a lot. And food. Food is fantastical.)
  16. Notorious L. Boogie, OswaldCobblepot4Mayor, The_James_Champ, eggie vedder Y y'all so quiet? Talk and stuff. I'm bored.
  17. Nice. I'll have spent more money on Modest Mouse in the past year than any other individual band/ company (e.g. Mondo, Coheed, Against Me!, etc.) I love it, but jeez.
