  1. Super stoked to get home today. I got's me a lil package waitin' fer me. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! yay!
  2. Side convo: has anyone heard the new Wu-Tang album? Is it good, bad or mediocre?
  3. Yeah. We're already considered some of the most annoying fans anyway. I'm like: "don't make it fucking worse little kid!" Anyway I just needed to vent my anger. It seriously pisses me off when people fuck other like-minded people over.
  4. Yeah. In all honesty I think that's why docs use CVs. They do research and publish articles and the like. I'll never forget the first time someone asked me to get a copy of someone's CV. I thought I had misheard and they said CD or CB. Eventually I asked the guy for his CD and he said, I think you mean CV. Forwarded it over and I was two letters smarter more knowledge-y that day.
  5. It's a resume. cirriculum vitae. Doctors use them a lot. That's the only reason I know.
  6. I'm just going to state the obvious because apparently it still needs to be stated. I've been reading a SCAMMER sales thread, and seriously guys don't do that. It really hurts the collecting community and is just stupid. Also, especially do not do this if you are a fan of ANY band I like ESPECIALLY Coheed. Fuck. Most of you who read this thread are probably thinking "we know. what a pointless fucking post." This is directed at those of you who don't. Not that it's anyone who frequents this thread.
  7. As a CoCa fanboy...I apologize on behalf of the ridiuclous douchebaggery all of you are dealing with. Not all of us are epic douchebags (see: The_James_Champion and Willy from West Philly). Also, I HIGHLY encourage filing charges as Rambo suggested. I had to deal with a guy in Cali named B. Johnson (some of you likely know who this is) and I tracked him down and called him at work everyday until my claim refunded me my money. I wish I had filed charges, because he'll probably hit again. Don't have regrets like me, call the fucking cops.
  8. yeah. This is happening. We are ordering Netflix for this. It's already confirmed with mi esposa.
  9. I feel your pain. I work for the government and will soon be a school teacher. The constant barrage of blame will forever be on me. I've accepted that. I've actually only ever had 1 job that I enjoyed. I was once a clerk in a convenience store/ truck stop. It was super easy and I rarely ever received unwarranted blame. I truly miss that $9.25 an hour job. I don't miss the pay, but boy do I miss the utter lack of responsibility I was faced with. One time while I was restocking the cooler I got blitzed on 22oz cans of Icehouse. Ugh, to be young again.
  10. Actually this is the most accurate representation of "the South" I grew up in:
  11. He's bringing it to the U.S. "would you like some FREEDOM ?" "no." ANARCHY in the 'Murica!
  12. Good plan! I would probably just stay in school until I'm forty (Fowty) and travel a lot between semesters. Buy houses in countries/ places I love. I'd also give a lot to my family members. I'd probably lose half my money between all my parents, siblings, and in-laws.
  13. EGGZACTLY. If the lottery wasn't some ploy/ scam by the man to steal from the poor(er) people of the world, I would play twice daily in hopes to win and never work again (until I finished my PhD, then I'd just be bored and need to work).
  14. Just a heads up for anyone that wanted one and missed out- Those Hot Topic exclusive Dexter OST's and Dawn of the Dead (remake) OSTs are back up in the store. Dexter: http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/Music/Vinyl/Dexter+Music+From+The+Showtime+Original+Series+Vinyl+LP+Hot+Topic+Exclusive-10276210.jsp DotD: http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/Music/Vinyl/Dawn+Of+The+Dead+Soundtrack+Vinyl+LP+Hot+Topic+Exclusive-10299841.jsp
  15. Lol. That was yesterday. I know we watched "This is Where I Leave You" last night (recommended if you are in to adult dramadies). We also watched "Her" and "Transcendence" I liked both, but not enough to recommend exactly. They were just "ok." Re: "Drive," I actually liked that film. As much as Ryan Gosling was in "The Notebook," he now picks some pretty good movies to star in. Ryan Gosling = <3 That looks GLORIOUS, cheeseballz(deep).
  16. I am doing okay. I was affected, but not necessarily in a bad way. It pretty much granted me the ability to stay home (from a 12 hour school day) and watch movies with the wifey. Also: Hello to the rest of the OST Thread peeps.
  17. I've been meaning to check them out. Hopefully they are on Broken World Fest day 2 and I can just be blown (away) by them live and just buy all the rekkids.
  18. hahahaha @ that last line! It is EXTREMELY difficult to get tickets to see them. The one time I saw them was with Modest Mouse in Queens at a venue that holds 15000 people. You could say I was "lucky" to get tickets, but you'd be wrong lol. I totally understand people not liking them. there are bands I've seen live that I despise still, but after seeing them grew a small ounce of respect for due to their extreme talent live (examples: KoRn & Disturbed) On the flip side I used to like some bands UNTIL I saw them live (examples: Chevelle (I was 14, so go easy on me) and Balance and Composure).
