Saw them at FYF last year.  They were 15 minutes late and everyone in the crowd was starting to think they weren't going to show... then they walked on stage and slaughtered everyone alive for an hour.  It was amazing... there was this nervous tension at first and then everyone just let it go the second they started.

 

Was looking forward to seeing them at Pitchfork, but ah well, what can you expect from these loons.

Definitely was so worth waiting for them. And if it's really true that they are actually done, then FYF 2013 was the last time they played live. Cherish that memory. As for me, never got any of the vinyl but now caved and bought the Money Store for $15 just so i don't regret it selling out and never being repressed ever again. Kinda wish they had pressed Gov. Plates though.

Definitely going to nab the Volcano Choir $60 package. Would grab the Molina stuff but I'm not gonna pay for that.

Yeah as much as I would like to purchase the European version, I really can't afford spending $40+ on a single LP all of the time. Guess I'm sticking with the clear.

Had time to spin side 1 and it sounded really really good! Gave the liner sheet a read and it said this marks the first physical release of the expanded soundtrack released digitally in 2013, but it's only got 16 tracks still. Odd.

Someone probably got lazy with that and just copy/pasted the liner sheet one from 2013.

Is the film really that awesome or is everyone really on about the soundtrack that it had? I'm curious about flicks like this considering the trailer is giving the weird vibes when I saw Enter the Void.

Woof, sorry to hear that man. I actually was curious about that varient myself until I heard it was randomized. Didn't want to risk that, so I simply camped out for the amber version. Least that one was guaranteed to get that varient.

Have a couple of ones but my highlights are Jack White signing my copy of Blunderbuss (The Inverse Lighting Bolt one) and Jeff Mangum signing my copy of In the Aeroplane Over The Sea.

Got a friend to do me a favor and nabbed the Deathwaltz Godzilla varient since they weren't doing US orders for that. Really love the Big G and since I wasn't really thrilled by the new Godzilla soundtrack, figured I might as well get the classic. Also one of my local record stores had a really late RSD shipment come in this and it had the Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon LP in there. Had to grab that one.

Really surprised to still see many of the JP ones being shipped even at this point. I was able to have mine shipped the day after and then received it two days later. Really does depend on what else you're ordering I guess.

Always known about this little section of the internet. I pretty much follow all of the vinyl-collecting peeps including this site as well as Modern Vinyl, Limited Press, and Sly Vinyl. You guys do good work and I find plenty of records that I love to grab,
