The most inexpensive option for US shipping would be at Napalm Records. 'From Mars to Sirius' comes out to roughly $35ppd, which to be honest isn't all too bad.

Nice, for some reason the tracking information provided is extremely limited. All it shows is that it was "Picked Up by Shipping Partner" on Nov. 9th in Cleveland, OH. It's still in the Pre-Shipment phase.
