I mean tour tour merch is usually marked up stupidly. The band and their crew need a cut, the label wants a cut, and the venue wants a cut. I remember growin’ up t-shirts at shows were usually $20-25. Now it’s like $30-40.

Oh I definitely need to snag that Robyn release! Also in fer that CRB picture disc (only because I already have their entire discography on vinyl and wanna keep it that way), Bill Hicks, and possibly Bingo Handjob, Sly at Woodstock, Magpie Salute, and the South Park movie soundtrack.

Woof. That’s rough. Glad I didn’t get in on this.

Pre-ordered it yesterday! Absolutely love The Felice Brothers! Curious how the whole album will sound with their new lineup.

I am infinitely jealous. I had to sit through one of their shows back in I think 2003/04? Whenever the first Taste of Chaos tour was. I went to catch Opiate for the Masses on the acoustic “stage,” and they slated. They also hooked me up with an advance copy of their debut album.

The girl I was tryin’ to hook up with at the time wanted to stay the whole time and see The Used.

It was one of the most awful concerts I have ever seen (and not countin’ festivals I’m easily over 300 live shows).

Why did this POhave to come right now?!

Yeah I was glad I checked out that listin’ of Secret of Mana. If it was the OST on vinyl I’d have snagged that in a heartbeat! It’s not bad at all, but not a vinyl I need to spend money on.

I would imagine there are issues with their former label Interscope in rereleasin’ at least “el Cielo” on vinyl. “Leitmotif” they did on their own and then Interscope rereleased it shortly before or after “el Cielo.”

If it’s new or unreleased music I haven’t heard already I’m in!

While they definitely pressed plenty of copies of Vol. 3 and 4, my local store said they had a lot of calls ‘bout Vol. 4. So glad they held my copy! Still have all of the CRB releases on vinyl!

This is I think the only release I am mildly interested in this year. I’d rather have an original press, but overall I just want to listen to this on sweet wax!

They made the soundtrack of my 20’s, and the first single sounds like a great progression from “Get Hot!” I CANNOT wait, and really hope I can travel to the show!

My first test press purchase should be in the mail or hopefully arrived today. I definitely spent more money than I should have, but I could part with the regular retail copy at close to the price I paid, or potentially part with the TP itself if I do decide. It is one of my favorite albums of all time, so I do look forward to listenin’ to it just to see if there is any small difference in sound. It’s also supposed to come with some super cool hand-written lyrics and notes.

I like the new album, but not as much as his previous release. That’s why I had to let go of my ultra-mega-super-deluxe boxset preorder. Still bummed ‘bout that, but I also just don’t have the money right now with my weddin’ and honeymoon in like 18 more days.

Yup, definitely gotta add this one! Reminds me I still need to pick up “Lanterns” too!
