Just got it today, thanks! I had the ink issue, it was actually pretty difficult to separate the insert from the sleeve and vinyl without damaging the insert (I did manage after a few minutes with just a little ink getting stuck to the blank side of the 7", I'll tr the rubbing alcohol trick).. I can't say for sure since I don't have a pink copy yet (hint hint...), but I think this issue is limited to the red pressing. Neither the yellow or glow in the dark copies that I have had the same problem. They must have put the insert in before it was done drying, or maybe packed it in a humid environment as the insert was still tacky when I pulled it out. I let it dry for a few minutes before packing it all back together.

hmm, maybe I did too many legos when I was a kid or something, but the other day I just put together two 2x2 expedits. I took my time, I was chatting, watching TV, drinking beer. Took me about 5 min each. The trick to ANYTHING prefabricated with screws is to NEVER tighten ANY of the screws until it is completely put together. With all of the little errors in the manufacturing process, it's never going to fit together exactly right, so if you leave everything loose you have that little extra give that you need to make sure everything lines up. And do yourself a favour, with a 5x5 you'll cut your time and frustration in half if you have a second person.
