Update to my Trick R Treat post with the noisy orange version. Turned out it was a bad scratch from the factory making the noise. So a shout out to Waxwork, I took a photo and sent to them and they replaced it right away, new one sounds great! Major improvement from my Candy Corn.

Got my orange copy of Trick R Treat($15 on sale this month) today. Good news is, it's way better sounding than my candy corn version. Bummer news is, it still has quite a few pops/clicks.

I preordered the green version from Amazon back in June. Kind of forgot for a while but I never got it and know it was in stock at one point. Three customer service calls later they basically told me tough luck it's out of stock and just will refund me. I see third party sellers have them but the price is way different now. Anyone here ever get Amazon to cave and fill your preorder with a third party? On another note, anyone know of where I can still get a green version?

Got mine today (white version). First song on side two had some crazy obvious sibilance. Odd that is this bad on the outer grooves. Anyone else notice this or is it time for me to replace my cartridge/stylus?

Got my copy of Boogeyman from my OWS club today. Anyone else's copy really noisy? Mine is Trick R Treat Candy Corn noisy. I got the Coke bottle green variant.

Got my Mondo box yesterday with Hyena, Goblin & Wild in Blue. For those on the fence about Hyena, it is fantastic. Great pressing and the synth/drone-y tracks are really well done. Not what I expected from The The but a pleasant surprise.

Yes and only one sided. Cool, but kind of a pain to play. They guys at the Mondo booth said there would be plenty available online.

A work in progress. Ikea file folder/shelving units. I took the front doors off and installed pine dividers (screwed through the top) so there wouldn't be too many records left to right. Still would rather have front facing storage but I'm not crafty enough to build one and don't want to spend the $500 on a bin. Found a local guy who sells wine crates for $7-9. Unfortunately the small crates are about 1/2" to narrow so I had to use the longer ones sideways. Not the most efficient but it's convenient.
