i was rather annoyed about this. Love say anything and i cant purchase the boxset thingy because its for US customers only and now i cant get this because its only if you buy it from a bunch of stores in the US. international fans are getting shafted *end rant* sorry about that

i remember seeing a video on some myspace related website that was looking at the porn industry in japan and they looked at some very very weird 'movies' with fish and eels and what not. The video i watched blurred everything and what not but was enough to make me shudder

its always so weird when people talk about jesse being a bad dude and not being nice and what not. I have hung out with him several times and he is seriously one of the nicest people i have met...ever. Also he has signed stuff for me and i have a photo with him, i didnt ask him for it though cos i know he doesnt like that but the promoter of the tour at the time asked and he couldnt really say no to him. I think he just really doesnt like the spotlight and what not. He wants to just be able to hang out with his mates and be a normal dude which obviously he cant do. In new york the guest list was screwed up and i was almost in tears because i had gone all the way from sydney to see them. Jesse told me not to worry and that he would sort it out. He hung out with me for an hour (with his girlfriend and family as it was the day after his birthday) then got me in just in time for them to go on. edit: also im keen for beggers vinyl haha

When i looked at getting a whatever the other day it was $9, but just now when i looked at getting something it was $11, but either way thats a lot less than $22. Today i bought a double 180 gram lp from academy fight song and it was $16. When you are paying more to ship a vinyl then you are for the actual vinyl i think its ok to not be impressed. you also have to take into account that your dollar is worth more than ours

i wouldnt complain and would deal with it if it was consistent. But when i pay $9 or so shipping at VC and $22 at interpunk that is reason to complain.

people should really try buying vinyl from places outside the US. Us Australians and im sure people in UK, Europe etc are the same, have to pay bucket loads of anything we ever buy. Most vinyl costs me between $30-50 Australian unless i buy in bulk to save on shipping but i cant afford to do that most of the time. When a cd would cost me under $20 its an expensive hobby

i wish they had brought vinyl with them on their Australian tour. I was forced to by everything to nothing on cd after not being able to find it on vinyl
