Wish I wasn't going to be out of town as I see Scared of Chaka is playing with them as well.

I figure The Machine will end up on vinyl... dig them a ton and may have to break down for cd or MP3. Ive had the Estatic Visions lp in my cart a couple times but haven't pulled the trigger. I'll probably wait on it until Relapse runs one of their sales; although I would love to see an actual picture of the orange/blue mix as the mockup looks cool.

I emailed about estimates on both Hawkeyes and Saturndust and never got a response. For a startup label you think they might go out of their way to keep you updated...guess that's asking too much. Did see on some social media(can't remember which) that they expect Hawkeyes 'soon'. On a more positive note, got both Tumbleweed Dealers lps last week and can't stop listening. Pretty reasonable shipping from overseas and if I recall correct each lp was 10 euros...pretty good deal.

got my copy of ufomammut yesterday and the jacket was mangled to hell...lp was fine somehow... so goes purchasing the majority of your records off the internet Meanwhile I got my latest order from magnetic eye with a handwritten note, packed like it contained fine china being shipped to Antarctica, an extra 10", an extra EP, tons of stickers and more download codes to pass along to others. The quality covers, printed inner sleeves, and fantastic looking records would be enough to keep me coming back but their customer service and general awesomeness makes them one of my favorite labels... just hope they keep adding more bands I dig as I think I've ran out of stuff to buy from him.

Lexicondevil- off the top of my head the only felt/fuzz cover I've got is Toner Low II. Its like a velvet and high gloss blend that's pretty neat. I'd snap a photo but as you mentioned it doesn't show up well in photos

Best of luck with this, congrats! Just curious, I've always figured the used end is where shops make their money, any truth to that? The other part of that is have you built up used stock or have any means/connections for buying collections? I think this would be the hardest part about getting a shop going as I cant imagine people are letting quality collections go for anything less then top dollar right now.

There's a handful of titles on doooomed's ebay listings I wouldn't mind getting for under normal pricing. hopefully I dont bang heads with anyone here

New album news would be great... gotta wonder what sort of support touring they would do as High on Fire has a new album coming soon as well

also got an email stating the Hawkeye release on Helmet Lady is delayed... no fault of theirs I suppose but if you're going to take preorders 2-3 months ahead of time you should maybe just add on a week or two for delay... id rather get something early then late

I see STB has Goya and Doctor Doom 7" on their site...I dont do 7s but just wondering if there has been any word of when the new Goya lp will be released.
