  1. Clear variant up for pre-order on Urban Outfitters:

Not sure what happened with the pre-orders on her webstore back in May (I heard they got delayed from August until October or something?). I ended up canceling my pre-order from her webstore, but I’ll probably pick up this new variant.

  2. Really haven't been doing too great either. I'm grateful to still have a job, but working from home and being surrounded by 4 other family members 24/7 is driving me insane. There's so much tension in the world right now, people don't even need a reason to start shit. It seems like every day someone in my family blows up and creates a huge argument. I haven't enjoyed being in this much of a negative environment but I know I'm in a better situation than a lot of other people. I definitely need to get out for a few days, but I don't want to risk getting infected or be one of "those" people who are out living their best lives like nothing is happening.

I really love this album. They also released a picture disc and indie blue variant. I picked up the indie variant but its pretty noisy and not impressive. Any one pick up a copy of this on black and can comment on the sound quality?

I've been listening to this album on repeat for the last 2 weeks, so figured I needed to pick up a copy on vinyl. I also got the 180g blue indie exclusive and think it sounds pretty good! I was slightly bummed I missed the deluxe variant but I hate the PVC sleeve so the indie exclusive is a nice alternative in my opinion.

  4. I did have a photo of the record itself in the listing. The buyer sent me some more photos, I'm unsure if it's the item I sold them or not as it was hard to tell from the lighting but we came to a resolution and they accepted a 50% refund minus shipping costs and I let them keep the item. I didn't really want the record back if it is in fact damaged so although I'm out a few bucks I'm glad we were able to come up with a solution that worked for both of us. Thanks for all the advice. I wish eBay had better seller protection policies though.

  5. I appreciate all the advice. I just asked for some more pictures and videos from the buyer to determine if the item I sold them in fact has scratches and it isn't a different item they took a picture of. I will also likely try to get eBay customer service on the phone and see what my options are. But if my only option is to just refund them and have them return the item then I guess that's okay since it was only $14. This whole situation is becoming more a headache than it's actually worth, so I'm not gonna spend too much time on this.

  6. Wondering if anyone could offer some advice or experienced this before:

I sold a record on eBay on August 17th (I bought this album brand new, played it one time and never spun again, still in shrink wrap and everything). Someone swooped in at last minute to bid on the item and payed immediately. I shipped out the record the same day. They just received it about an hour ago and messaged me saying there is a "large scratch" on side B that causes skipping in half the songs. I know this is not true as I played it once before and no skipping occurred, and I visually inspected the record before shipping it to make sure there were no flaws. I don't offer returns/refunds on my eBay so I'm unsure how to approach this situation. They are threatening to open an INR against me and were extremely rude in their message. I have 100% positive feedback on my eBay and don't want something like this to affect future sales but at the same time I don't want to allow a return if they are a scammer. The item was only $14 so not a lot. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Edit: They just sent me a photo of the scratch  but from the picture I can tell that's not the record I sold them. The coloring is off.

Sandbag continues to be the worst, least reliable distributor ever. They still haven't refunded my PayPal from the first day where they "couldn't process my order" causing me to miss out on the splatter. Then at the bottom of the email it states "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected]". Hmmm, replying to a no-reply email, sounds about right. So, what the hell, I follow their instructions. Then immediately get an auto-response email saying this isn't a monitored inbox. *face palm*

I had the same thing happen when I contacted them to cancel one of the items in my order. That email isn't monitored so you have to go to this link and submit a ticket. They got back to me via email and refunded me within a couple days. They also didn't refund me the associated taxes for the item so I had to reply to them and ask them to do that as well. Was kind of annoying that I had to do this a roundabout way but I got my money back.
