Well I issued the dispute before he issued a refund. when I click on the pending money it says it's associated with the dispute and his note was refund for the case. So if it doesn't stop pending how do I proceed?

My pending refund is in reply to the dispute I think. If it is what will happen. I never have had to do a dispute so I don't really know how it works
