  1. No, I mean the UK 7". It is the single "For Emma, Forever Ago" with the B-Side "Wisconsin" Thanks.
  2. This is what I heard from Sonic Boom. I know for Transatlanticism that it is something about the art. And you figure that LP inserts/jackets/etc. need very high quality, large images. Also, just because records are in-demand or go for ridiculous prices, doesn't mean any label will repress them. I personally think they will be repressed sometime in the future, but I never understood how SAA getting repressed implied more...it's been repressed multiple times.
  3. There has been rumor of a Death Cab vinyl boxset. Without the rights to Airplanes and Transatlanticism, it would be a pretty bunk box set. So Barsuk owns the rights to We Have the Facts and Photo Album? And they will soon own the rights to the other two? Is that what is being assumed. That when they give the rights to Barsuk, Barsuk will do a boxset? It doesn't really say when exactly they are transferring the rights? It says it "might" be their last pressing...
  4. I'll give you my signed The Format Snails Test Press. That's how much I want this.
  5. I really want this album. Brassland is going to repress them, but this is the only thing missing from my The National and it has my favorite song of theirs on it. Anyone?
  6. True, but they seem content to just keep repressing this album. If I saw Photo Album or Facts, I would think they were doing a catalog repress...but Airplanes seems to be repressed yearly.
  7. Any reason to believe this? I thought they had said Transatlanticism was a definite no as they didn't have the art or something. Also, in the OP it just says that this is being pressed before Barsuk takes over the rights. Doesn't Barsuk already have the rights to most of the DCFC albums? I just don't know why if they were going to do say We Have the Facts, Airplanes, Photo Album, and Transatlanticism they would start with Airplanes. Why wouldn't they start with Facts?
  8. The Format-Snails Test Press signed by Sam and Nate Awesome.
  9. Title says it all, I'm looking for any and all of the 7"s of The National. Also, looking for their album Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers. Thanks! PLUS: Any posters, stickers, memorabilia of The National I'm also interested in. Just let me know.
  10. No Age Silversun Pickups Radiohead Wolf Parade (x2) The Thermals (x2) Secret Machines 5?
  11. That's lucky of you. This is the first and only copy I have seen and it ended recently. What a bargain... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie....lenotsuppor ted
  12. I think there was a twitter asking whether people would rather see it repressed or see the EP pressed on vinyl. Not sure how serious that was or anything.
  13. Yeah I heard the were going to press everything other than Alligator and Boxer...so their self-titled and then represses of Cherry Tree and Sad Songs.
  14. I got one for 50 about a month ago. Worth it.
  15. this thread inspired me to put my copy on the turntable, man i forgot how thick this vinyl was! Me want. Also, am I going crazy about the rumors? I swear I heard the original label was repressing everything other than alligator and boxer?
  16. Hi all, I read somewhere that their first two albums and Cherry Tree were going to get repressed, but that was awhile ago. Is this still happening? I have Cherry Tree, Alligator, and Boxer...but not the others. Also, I know Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers was pressed, but was their self-titled release ever put out on vinyl? Thanks for the help/info in advance!
  17. If it got used more, then this wouldn't be a new thread. ???
  18. Yeah, I think generally people that are willing to shop on there look anyways. I search on ebay, but I never check on here...don't really see the point. It I want something, I'll find it on there. But yeah, +1.
  19. Yeah, they're both priced a little high...but best of luck.
