I think it's *really* stupid when people hate on straight edge. I guess it might be an area thing but I know atleast 5 straight edgers and none of them have acted out against non-edgers. They don't knock beer cups out of peoples hands or beat up people. Hell, they are some of the nicest people I've ever met!

IF anyone else is going to any of the Brand New shows I'd pay to have you pick one up for me. I *really* want one and when I saw them I was 10 seconds too late!

In the long run records of today's bands will be worth crap. Many do not have the staying power or popularity that bands in the 60's and 70's had. No one is going to remember "generic alt band #582." Obviously there will be some exceptions but if you really care about monetary value sell when things are high 1-2 years after a record sells out, wait 8 years, then buy them on eBay for $2.00 each.

You guys are getting old. That's obviously why you don't like Warped tour anymore. What, did you expect them to have the same bands play every year? Every year brings newer bands and veterans together, whether you don't like any new music is a whole different topic.

Do Jackets get ring wear even with the record in a paper sleeve in the jacket standing perfectly vertical? You'd think today's sleeves would be thick enough to fix something that has been plaguing record collectors for decades!

I recently got my copy of Planet of Ice in the mail and this is the first time owning printed sleeves. All of my other records come with the typical white sleeves, which are common and easy to buy. I noticed that upon taking the record/jacket out of the Gatefold, on both jackets there is a slight discolored ring where the inner record was placed. I know this is common, how do I go about preventing it? Any other ways to keep my records, sleeves, and covers in prestine shape?

Personally I think the Discbox is worth it. $80 is alot, but the packaging is amazing and you're getting the a bonus CD/LP with it.
