Link?
I can't seem to locate it...
Here's a search I did:
-
Seems the reissues are available to pre-order at amazon.com now as well.
-
What a crippling misfortune!
-
Ordered them both in a heartbeat.
(Then I started my own thread about it before noticing there already was one, so then I tried to delete it and saw that I can't but somehow I think I managed to anyway...hmm).
Yay! No Code and Yield, finally!!!

Went to An Evening With Mark Lanegan at Union Chapel last week, seriously fantastic show he even threw in some Screaming Trees.
This weekend I have Oathbreaker at Camden Underworld who will probably be playing some stuff from the new record that is on its way.
Finishing up the month with Unsane & Shellac and then it's a long hibernation until the festival season comes to an end.Sounds brilliant with Lanegan playing a few Screaming Trees as well...he's playing here in Stockholm on Sunday actually. The downside is that I have already bought a ticket for a Cult of Luna-concert which is the very same day.
Talk about a collision that sucks...

I searched for a kind of a "which albums have you listened to today"-thread, but couldn't find any.
So I'm posting my vinyl records of the day here instead:
Cult of Luna – Mariner
The Sonics – Live at Easy Street
The Sonics – This is The Sonics
The Black Crowes – Live Volume 1
The Black Crowes – Live Volume 2
Cult of Luna – Somewhere Along The Highway
Deftones - Gore
-
The Doors – s/t
Led Zeppelin – II
Pearl Jam – Ten
The Soundtrack Of Our Lives – Throw It To The Universe
Turbonegro – Apocalypse Dudes
The Black Crowes – Amorica
Eddie Vedder – Into The Wild
The Rolling Stones – Exile On Main Street
David Bowie – Ziggy Stardust
Warrior Soul – The Space Age Playboys
-
Rimbaud - The Double Life of a Rebel by Edmund White.
Really fascinating.
-
I've been playing Football Manager 2009-2015.
Never got the 2016 version and now I've stopped playing since 2-3 months or so.
Not sure what I'm doing in this thread come to think of it.
Bye.

I pre-ordered the blue one and I just love it. The other day I read on the band's official Facebook page that they will have yellow copies for sale at the upcoming concerts, and since I'm going to see them in Stockholm on Sunday I'll definately have a look there. If they have the purple one I might pick that up as well, since I just read on Discogs that there are only 530 copies of that, compared to the yellow that is 730.
Does anyone know how many black ones there are?
-
Is there a "vinyl played today" thread here somewhere?
I've been looking but haven't found anything yet...

I appreciate it! Their back catalogue is a pain in the ass to track down other than the recent represses.
Yep, I agree. I managed to get a hold of the first, coloured pressings of the re-issues of Salvation and SATH though. Really happy for that.

OK, I'll keep an eye open for you.

Here are my latest vinyl purchases. Just found the site dodax.co.uk which is terrible when it comes to browsing for albums, but have really decent prices for vinyl and no shipping costs:
The Black Crowes – Live, vol 1
The Black Crowes – Live, vol 2
Deftones – Koi No Yokan
The Sonics – This Is The SonicsFrom Discogs:
The Sonics – Live At Easy Street (ltd RSD vinyl) -
I bought the self titled re-issue a few years back from an ordinary web store (don't remember which one though),
I think I have seen new copies for sale every now and then, but maybe they are all sold out now?

That's a great use for a pallet as a turntable stand, did you make that or buy it?
Hi, we made it ourselves actually. It's a quite small pallet that we sawed in half and bought the legs.

Looks like Monitor Audio Silver 2?
I use RX1s for my PC setup and RX8s in my main audio/AV setup.
You need to get them off the floor. They will sound worlds better.
Thanks, I'll try that.
Any ideas on what I should use to raise them?

I held this one in my hand, but since I already own Vertikal and Vertical II as separate albums I decided not to buy it.

I held the purple version in my hand at the CoL concert yesterday but decided not to buy it. I already own the blue version and really have no need for another copy. Don't wanna turn into a person who buy vinyl albums as an investment. I buy them for the music.
My mate bought one though.
