This has been fixed (for me)

The listing that said orange is of 3000 was a typo and I fixed it. That was one item. Every other package/bundle indicates the Orange is of 1000. Blue is of 2000. By using transitive property, the Orange is more rare.

We use LP mailers and due to the fact this is a one-time pressing and refunds and exchanges will be difficult, we are using TWO 7" mailers on the Converge EP's.

Shipping is an inexact science sometimes. My next real store project after the search function is going to be a more exact shipping calculator that factors out some of the issues that can fuck up shipping costs. We always refund people a few bucks if it's over. Often without a complaint. Expensive shipping sucks for everyone, trust me. But feel free to ask for a partial refund if you feel like we raped your wallet on shipping. Seriously.

Hmm...that's a problem. Fixing the media mail issue. If you bought and want media mail, just send a harassing email to customer service for a refund. You'll be out the extra few bucks for a day or two, but you'll live. Media mail is an option. It's a glitch somewhere. On it.

Wrong. The colored versions are on the front page. There is a less limited blue version we will launch shortly (going to reg retail, Europe, etc) but you can get all 3 versions. Yes, there's media mail provided you only order media. And as for the multiple stores, that is totally true. We just think it's awkward to have a central store with I Set My Friends On Fire and Tom Waits next to each other with Frank Turner and Converge stores next to Dr. Dog. We only have a few stores, so we figure it's better to let stores stay separate. Our home page is about to launch and even that doesn't link you to everything. It's on purpose. They call it "strategy" However, if you want to buy from Anti- or Epitaph or Refused or Tom Waits or Frank while buying this, your browser will cookie the shopping cart and you can do that.

The American Apparel tri-blend tank tops are more expensive than t-shirts. Makes no sense considering it's less fabric. The Tri-blend t-shirts have been really popular and we figured people would appreciate the higher end tanks. There it is, y'all.

agreed...this is why I don't do pre-orders until the records show up. the one time I had a record delayed after I put up a pre--order went bad on me was the last time. We've got some crazy amounts of titles being repressed right now that will be launched IN(to) THE UNKNOWN future, but we need to give ourselves that potential "fuck up" window to accomodate. If people don't like it, they can order in a month. We also have a lot of BR & label news coming in the next month and we didn't want to wait for this. Partayy, need to turn on the Converge shit now.

September 28th is the release date. We will most likely have vinyl on or before release date to ship out. But we've been burned a few times with pressing irregularities, so we've given ourselves a two week window just in case. We've definitely had vinyl get fucked up and backed up on us and it sucks to have to email people after the fact. So...if vinyl comes in and you get it on or before street date, then you'll be happy. If it was the other way around you'd hate us.

Does your work laptop run IE6 or something? What browser and OS does it use? If our site looks weird, I also tell people to either zoom in or zoom out. Depending on the width of your screen and the size you have the zoom set, it can fuck with our page.

Not only is this happening, but there's apparently a few BR records unavailable on vinyl which is no way to have a band celebrate their 30th anniversary. You have to wait until fall, but that's okay.

Completely agree with you. Kind of pissed about it. Also, any news on when the Frank Turner PO is going up? I wanted to live today, but I need to make sure it's in sync with regular retail stores getting it. I could launch today and ship in 2 weeks if it was an online only deal. So...shortly.

Not really. If you want the black vinyl, you can order and put that in your notes and order 2 copies. Or put that in your notes and order one copy. Or order a single LP and send a message to [email protected] and they'll make notes. 500 copies on red will sell and everything will turn over to black, but if you just want straight black vinyl, we can accomodate.
