10" are smaller but more expensive that 12"s and we're not doing a big run. Less songs, less vinyl, more expensive for covers and vinyl. Oh well. Moving on. SRC sold this off of a wrong sales sheet, so someone in Canada didn't correct that. The whole reason this was pushed from 4/12 to 4/26 in the US was because the price was listed wrong by the distributors. So if that showed up for you, then good for you, you got in while the gettin was good and rather than cancel the orders like the US did, someone filled an order off of a wrong price code. It was almost $4.99 to make, let alone the rest of it.

I've only tried playing a couple of them and they sounded the same to me but there was a fairly significant skipping issue with mine, not sure if that's just me though. I boxed it all back up and put it on a shelf where I can see it and pretend they all play perfectly. Dude, email our customer service. We'll exchange skipping piece of shit records for you. You're the only person who would do that so it makes me WANT to exchange it for you instead of having our staff mumble ill will your way while doing so.

Epitaph Europe has license to all of the BR vinyl in Europe, so we had them manufacture then shipped here to make it kosher on the legal front. Rhino manufactures all of the Atlantic vinyl, INCLUDING the Tom Waits shit we're still sorting out...they're nice people and all, but fuck. The insert-less record was, as we're told, what Atlantic provided our European office. So nothing had inserts as that's what we were supplied. If you want a specific ask me. We also found some Millencollin Lozin Must 7"s, some Tiger Army Music From Regions Beyond colored vinyl and some other cool shit marked as "promo" that wasn't promo.

This situation has sucked. Trust me. Try selling records for $26.99 and dealing as a wholesale customer and having the label heads say "no one has complained to us, this has been back ordered and incredible for us." As for other vinyl we control pressing, we'll always swap out if your shit skips or pops. If it sounds like garbage and weird in tone, that's a completely different issue. To date, we've only really been told of "my record skips" and what not. This wasn't your normal "record skips or cracks" issue. I wish we pressed this and could take the blame, but we didn't. At least we can get it resolved for free thanks to Rhino/WEA taking the high road. More detail to those I'm friends with if you're curious.
