Well, I would agree with you accept "Deloused..." is a concept album. It's a story about a very specific series of events. It sort of matters what order the songs are in. -
does any one know the pressing Info for..

Email Mehron at Jade Tree. He can probably give you the pressing info on those Jets records. He's my homeboy. Tell him I said hi. -

This sort of thing happened to me with the Mars Volta "deloused..." LPs. It's a concept album and there is no indication on the vinyl version of what song comes first, which record is first, etc. I asked Sonny about it and he said he agreed that it was confusing and that he had broght that up to the guys in the band but they insisted it not have any labeling. -

But am I correct that they go in order from E1a to E4a? -

I"m guessing E1a is side one and E2a is side two. The other two records say E3a and E4a. Call me crazy. -

What does the matrix say? I'm betting it's on there somewhere. -
Mostly I just hate when no one bids at all until the last min. It's gay. I don't have time to sit around and wait for the last seconds and those sniping programs always seemed sort of dorky. But I guess it gets the job done.
-
I swear if I ever find out I know one of these assholes that sneaks their weak-ass bid in at the last minute, I'm gonna wreck grillz.
-
Yeah who cares. I live down the road so I was bound to get it quick.

I haven't seen all the colors, but I find it hard to believe that any of them are hotter looking than the white with silver splatter I got today. Man that's a nice looking record. Good work.

"the horror" of working at victory records
oakland replied to mattisr1984's topic in Everything Else Message Board
That's one of the stupidest things I've ever read. Self-important, overly dramatic garbage. Fuck the internet (sometimes). -
Tobias: "Michael I would be honored to be a part of your prostateticular." (it was actually called a "protest-tacular"

Scott, did you just imply that "Dear You" is Jawbreaker's best album? Are you suffering from ergotism?

The most loaded Mac I can afford. I have four and I'm getting one at my job.

Man, I'm just realizing I don't have any BTGOG vinyl. How can that be? -
d' you want negative approach dblp gatefold ?
oakland replied to xlovecolouredx's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
That's awesome. Thanks for the tip. -
Me too. Way more.

I have that shirt. And all this nonsense about how they ripped on the JL is crazy. Sure they have that ambling bass thing going, but the songs are much less complex. NO weird time signatures, etc. They are a good band and a band unto themselves. Influenced by? I'll bite. Jocked ? I think not.
-
I agree on the GSL thing. It's great. I was actaully looking for info on that series today and couldn't find anything. And only one on ebay that I could find. Good thing I got them when they were released.

I'm trying to convince Victory to put out "Hidden Hands..." on vinyl. Apparently a lot of people are interested in it. I know I am. It's my favorite by far. -
How about the "A Purge of Disidents" series that Haze is doing? It's limited, weird and has cool people involved. http://apurgeofdissidents.com/
