  1. guess i have to start following tumblrs, ah well my loss i suppose.
  2. i dont have twitter, and where was it posted? i must've just missed it apparently
  3. still waiting on mine, hoping it'll be here tomorrow
  4. saw this the other day as well. really wish they had said that they were close to selling out or something.
  5. i really hope this takes off as well as it should. id much rather use that than use ebay ever again.
  6. Yeah, don't be noobs. We got the good shit. truth. haha
  7. people have jobs where they can't access the internet while they are there. and i have seen fat pre-orders sell out within a couple hours. not that this is the case most of the time but it does happen.
  8. i thought it was 150 on red and 850 on black? but i'm not positive about that
  9. don't get me wrong, i'm glad youre happy with it. and i'm not arguing about the album itself. but it is kinda shitty when you're told its one thing and then you get it and its obviously not what it was supposed to be. plus there just seems to be a terrible lack of communication on their end for almost everything it seems. thats more or less what i was getting at
  10. standard vinyl weight is usually between 140-160 so it really isn't 180. man kinda glad i didn't grab this anyway
  11. get stoked on it is getting remastered and re-released under the title six dudes from the keystone state and i think i saw somewhere that it would be getting a vinyl release but i'm not 100% on it.
  12. Sometimes they do. The Surfer/FTK repress was not limited, also the new Pour Habit. Ordered it with a friend of mine to save on shipping to Germany while the new swingin' utters was limited to one per person. yeah when the did the repress of cokie on yellow i ordered 2 with no problem
  13. the first pressing of the shitty rambo 7" was like 500 on that gray/purple mix i think
  14. i can understand for some smaller labels sometimes its easier to get things moving by doing pre-orders and i'm ok with that. Even if its get delayed and stuff as long as i'm updated somewhat frequently about whats going on i don't have a problem. but there's too many labels doing super long pre-orders and then not giving any real update besides "oh its delayed should be like 4 more weeks". oh also another thing that really pisses me off now. labels do pre-orders and pretty much sell out the entire first pressing during it. why does this seem smart to anyone? i mean i understand having the limited variants or whatever as a pre-order but why not just do those? if i don't pre-order a record and i wait till the release date i shouldn't have to pre-order the 2nd pressing because said label decided to sell the entire first pressing before they even had the records. and i agree with the poster above. why should i have to order a ton of shit i don't want just to get a limited variant? it jacks up shipping cost as well as just the cost of the package. /rant
  15. at one point im pretty sure i was waiting on around 50-75 records between pre-orders,ebay items and just regular purchases. definitely the most i've ever had on order and probably ever will haha
  16. really weird that the pressing numbers still havent been posted yet
  17. so weird, i listened to this a few weeks ago and was thinking how much i'd love to have it on vinyl. awesome news
  18. I keep forgetting being friends with someone means you are gay. foolish me. Just because you probably spend your days eating cheetos in your moms basement trolling message boards, you probably don't understand what it's like to actually have friends. not that i'm getting involved in this or anything but since we're all part of this message board isn't that kind of arrogant to assume something like that? i understand the point you're trying to make i'm just saying. but on a real note. i'm not a fan of the fact that MTS ships to the distros before it ships to its own customers. to me its sort of like a slap in the face when you think about it. buying it directly from MTS is helping him out way more than buying it from another distro and yet we have to wait longer than other people? seems pretty backwards to me.
  19. 4bubble.com is cheaper than uline
  20. got mine in yesterday, i'll post pictures later when my camera is charged. the blue vinyl is pretty cool looking, the jacket seems a little thin/flimsy though. i can't wait to actually spin it though
  21. dude just wait till it actually comes out, you'll be able to grab it from someone for less than $50. plus you could always try and grab a red one from someone when they start touring with it.
