The box sets actually lasted until the last night from what I heard. I went to the second to last show and got number 160. They didn't go in order. I have #152 or something like that and it was through mailorder. I think I'm going to go on the 29th. Pretty stoked that a girl in Australia picked up one of the tour 7"s for me. And I'm surprised these sold out so fast.

Though this wasn't directed at me, I'll answer. I'll be there Monday and Wednesday. haha I'll be at either Sunday or Tuesday. Was planning on Wednesday, but it sold out and my travel plans aren't solidified. I guess this could be another thread somewhere. I'll probably start it closer to the show. Did you go last year? How long did the 20th anniversary box sets last? Curious what the chances of picking up the tour split at those shows will be.

how many of the tour version are being pressed? basically what I'm asking is how hard this is going to be to get over here...I can come on the 26th, but I'd rather go on the 29th and see H2O also.

damn. have you thought about putting it on ebay? I know what you're looking to get for it and an ugly bill test press recently went for $225. They're doing free listings right now so just start it at what you want to get for it.

got it at a pawn shop for $185 including tax w/ a needle and cartridge. Tested everything out on a $1 record and it's all working fine. They were selling it for $320 but were doing a 40% off stereo equipment special and then added in $20 off anything over $100 on top of that. If anyone's interested they've got another one (it was part of a set) www.pawnmart.com not sure how much shipping is.

So I just got a pretty good deal on a technics 1200 mk2 at a pawn shop, but it didn't come with a dustcover and the faceplate is a little scratched up. I've seen them for about $40 each. Anyone have any recommendations where to look for them cheaper?

i think the black would have looked better with the same labels as the white - either way I'll probably pick up a copy at HT when it goes on clearance. I don't see HT selling 1000 of these, but I could be wrong
