Sounds like you're not getting enough whole protein. Vegetable protein isn't "complete," as animal protein is. You have to mix different vegetable proteins together to make whole proteins. Try a salad topped with black beans and corn.

Vinyl came in today. Pressed on 70 gram super thick colored vinyl, in an extra heavy jacket, and includes a full color insert! Clear with blue haze (limited to MTS and Slab-O-Wax Records) Red and brown split Black/Red swirl...kind of came out pink (this color will be available through Vinyl Collective)
