  1. I started cause records were cheaper than CD's and a lot of punk bands used to only put out records because it was cheaper than making CD's. So vinyl was the only format these songs were on.
  2. Nice. I can finally take this off my Discogs wishlist. So damn expensive for the OG
  3. Gold has a lot of surface noise during the quiet parts. It was done through Noiseland here in Minneapolis, but they get their records pressed in France. It's strange cause I've only heard good stuff come out of Noiseland. Wonder if the gold was pressed after the black, thus making it through the test press listening.
  4. That Propgandhi / I-Spy split was one of my favorite albums of all time. My favorite Propagandhi album by far.
  5. *Yawn* Looks like I get to sleep in this year. RSD just keeps getting worse every year.
  6. One of my favorite bands growing up skateboarding in the '80's.
  7. Yeah, I picked up a couple of tests from Todd, but he doesn't have any of the Finish Your Popcorn tests left. He said if he found one he'd let me know. My FYP collection is 20 years in the making and I'm so close to completion.
  8. If anyone can find me a F.Y.P - Finish Your Popcorn TEST press, I will pay you handsomely. It's probably the last F.Y.P record I need.
  9. Leatherface is one band that cannot be topped.
  10. I remember when that Punk-O-Rama came out. I got it as a promo for review for when I used to do a zine. I may have to pick it up for nostalgia, although More Songs About Anger, Fear, Sex & Death was a better comp.
  11. They had the Simpson house for sale at the Lego store on Wednesday. I'm saving up to get the UCS Imperial Shuttle. Hopefully next month. Lego thread all the way.
  12. I'm on a big Technic kick right now, so I picked up the Excavator. http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Excavator-42006
  13. Bummer. I was just at the Lego store on Wednesday. I would've checked for you.
  14. Around 2000 records over 20 years. No idea how much I've spent over the years.
  15. Ahaha. Love this thread. Toby you rock! You should change the label to Red Scarce. I'll be here all week.
  16. I remember when I mail ordered the Area 51-"Discography" 10" and when it showed up it had a big sticker on it to not take off the plastic shrinkwrap other you would get permanent fingerprints on it. I still put it back in the mailer after listening. White vinyl. 50 made with this sleeve. Wow! That's coming up on sixteen years now. Maybe I'll post a pic and some other MCD stuff I have.
  17. That FYP split 7" with the regular black cover is hard to find. It took me like fifteen years to get it.
