Was anyone able to grab one of the large bundles? Never even saw an option to add to cart for some reason. Anyone know what they were going for?

Pretty simple, yeah. You just download the Google Extension Page Monitor. Then monitor the page. You can even select small portions of the page to monitor which is the best in this case.

If you're around a PC, throw a page monitor on there. They seem to be messing with it quite a bit.
