i wouldn't expect it 1-4 days unless they paid for priority or something. also it sounds like the second press ended up being white as the plant couldn't do the blue/gray they wanted. not sure if it's all white, or some white some black

i just checked the package after getting an e-mail from Monotreme that my LP went out on thursday and it appears i actually did get the first press. it was sent April 9 and it arrived last week. guess i'll get back to this thread in a month when i get the second press

got it today. sticker on the shrinkwrap says white so i guess that's what i ended up getting. didn't have a chance to open or spin it yet unfortunately. tomorrow!

if you're correct about the white ordered i'll probably get white since i ordered white in March. just listened to Spring Tides and i gotta say that St. Gallen is pretty much a perfect song. i never get sick of it. so beautiful.

that would be rad. i wondered why they never mentioned a color change on my copy when i asked about my order. then again, i'm not concerned about the color. just excited to get this

the second press is coming with 20 white copies? seems strange that they'd order 20 of one color

overseas shipping is unpredictable. it usually takes around 2 weeks, but i've had some take over 2 months. customs can snag shit and hold it for weeks before inspecting and finally letting them go. i ordred my Beat of Our Own Blood 7" over 2 weeks ago and it's still not here. well i finally e-mailed them and i guess i didn't make the cutoff for the first press. so i guess they're expecting the next shipment next week. a bit of a relief but this whole time waiting i was certain i ordered in time. really don't want to wait any longer for this.

Re: Ursa Minor...Ursa Major is a good album. The first half is actually pretty awesome but it drags by the end. Are you really excited about an album's worth of songs that the band probably thought were worse than the worst songs from Major? maybe they aren't that bad and the band thought the other songs didn't flow with the feel of the album but still...nothing wrong with leaving songs in the trash or just to release them for free online if they aren't good enough to commit to an actual record.

i ordered right after the post up above that says they're taking preorders so i can't imagine i didn't get in in time. i'll give it another week before worrying

i listened to the new song the band posted from the upcoming album. needless to say i cannot wait to hear the whole thing as that song is fucking incredible. so is denovali not doing the vinyl for the new record?

i played New Maps today (the lp from the box set) for the first time. i've never heard the album before today, and the record sounds really low, like half the volume of the other LPs i've played from the set. does this record have terrible production values or is there some issue with this press? or perhaps it's just this one.
