I received my white copy from Amoeba today. Side A & B sound like sandpaper. There are dark specks in the white vinyl that look like physical surface imperfections. No issues with side C& D at all. 

Glad I only spent $1 on the Make Believe CD.

After my experience with White, I'm going to give this one shot next. I also found a copy of Make Believe in $1 CD bin and I'm getting ready to play that one too.

 

Everything Will Be Alright In The End is worth checking out.

I jumped off the Weezer train after Maladroit, but I've been watching this thread and the praise for the new album got me interested again. I picked up White yesterday and I can say that I'm definitely enjoying it.

He's supposed to be playing all the shows they have booked so far. It should make for a good show.

I got a ticket from Ticketfly today... for a show that happened on the 18th. Out of curiosity, I checked the postmark on the envelope. Those idiots didn't ship the tickets out until the day of the show.

I'm going to post it all over their social media and see what happens.

I've got three orders out with them right now. It seems like they used to just mail them out immediately, but lately that has changed. Luckily I've got a few more weeks before the shows.

Hey Ghost, you don't happen to have a digital copy of The Fire Theft - Easy Whistle b-side, do you? I can't find it anywhere. There is a shitty version on youtube, and it's on a SDRE bootleg, but that's all I can find. I've really been digging that album lately.

I can't help with the WTB's, but I was wondering if you guys have a copy of the Ele_K* CD. This is Liz Powell's pre-Land Of Talk release. It's mostly comprised of new music, but there are a few early versions of songs that wound up on Some Are Lakes. If you are interested in hearing more, shoot me a PM.

I've been in the market for a new integrated to replace my malfunctioning Marantz 2220B. I was considering the PM5005 as well as the Music Hall a15.3. Then I saw the now discontinued Cambridge Audio Azur 351a on Amazon for a decent price, so I ended up picking that up. It doesn't have a phono stage, so I picked up a Schitt Mani which put me around the $430 mark. So far I'm pleased with the new setup. Good luck with your hunt.

I don't want to start a riot and resurrect any of the several "plastic sleeves" threads, but I have to ask: What sleeves do you use that fit this? The ones I have don't fit it.
