To my knowledge it originally came with the "message of hope" (which is just a paragraph of mark's random thoughts and the lyrics to the song wasting time) and a little flyer with the same picture as the cover of the record.

i just left the theaters and ive gotta say it was pretty damn funny. follows the same story line as the first but they made it funny as hell. go see it
